I only go here if I have to. It drives me absolutely crazy because every 5 minutes an employee asks me if I'm 'doing okay'. After the 5th or 6th time, I've asked them directly to please leave me alone. I get it, doing that gives the reminder you are watched which can reduce theft but just use cameras and have staff just watch like a normal place. We bough our fridge, washer and dryer from here for a decent price during a sale. Selection is hit or miss and they definitely are behind the curve with what PC parts they carry but for regular builds, it's fine.

I went to the Greenbrier/Chesapeake location to buy a JBL Extreme 4 Bluetooth speaker but they only had it in blue. Didn't want the blue so I asked could they check the location in Virginia Beach to see if they had it in black. The associate stated that they had 1 and asked if I wanted to pick it up there. I said yes but are you SURE it's there since it was only 1. He said yes ma'am you should be good since you paid for it, it'll be reserved. I drive 20 mins to that location to find out they don't have it....I was so upset about the outcome because I received an email prior to me driving there stating "not in stock" so I called number and was told it's just a glitch and I continued my route. If they didn't have it then just say that instead of having me using my gas to go there for nothing. Do you realize gas is $4.00/gal.??? It was the most TERRIBLE customer service. Need better communication system when it comes to holding products for customers at other locations 😠 to avoid situations like this

I was disappointed because I eas suppose to have an installation done today between 8am and 12pm and I got a call at 10:43 telling me that they had to cancel my installation because the person was sick. HORRIBLE!!!
