I went in there last Saturday after a long day of assisting a friend and was met with extremely unprofessional young staff who were standing at their "post" in the front, seemingly with nothing better to do than poke fun at people coming in to the store. One young man at another area of the store was kind enough to help me with what I needed, but when I went to leave the others were still standing there, this time eating their food and acting like they were in a high school cafeteria instead of at work. They couldn't be bothered to thank a customer on the way out. With our society becoming more uncivilized by the second, even going to a once decent electronics store has become an unwanted process. I won't be back to this store, for sure.

I’ll NEVER buy another thing from Best Buy again. They have no idea what customer service is. The manager at this store is an absolute JOKE. The most horrible experience I’ve ever had.
The Williamsburg Va Best Buy sales people unprofessional!!!!! They are a bait and switch organization. They tell you if you buy a TV and sound system you get free installation and free delivery then once you are paying they say installation then cost $250.00 . Free installation is hang up the TV vs hang it up and put the wires together. But they tell you once you are ready to pay- they are lairs and unprofessional sales people. Then when you try to call they never let you talk to a person in the store. My last time at this store!
Bought an open box TV with no cord. So they need to be checking inventory cause how would I have known until I got home. Which is a waste of gas. So come on we need to be thinking ahead for the next cause everyone could use a saving within a BUY
