I've always loved going to Best Buys ever since I was a teen in the 90s. My husband and I stopped in here Sunday for the first time in a while and it was just odd... I don't know if it was a loss prevention strategy, or the employees were excited to see someone. There was an employee within 5 feet of us, engaging in conversation the entire time. They would walk us to the boundary of each department and almost hand us off. I value good customer service, but this was overkill. It was so distracting that I couldn't even think about what I wanted to check out next. We eventually just left because it was so awkward.

Nice enough, but didn’t even have a power cord to test my product. Manager offered little in the way of suggestions to help. Upsold the protection and didn’t honor what was said.
