THIEVES!! On March 28, 2026 I purchased two s26 glass screen protectors. One from the store and one ordered online. Total purchase $56.14. I tried to use the one screen protector from the store, and it just did not work. Today, I returned the unopened s26 glass screen protector that I had received by mail, expecting to receive $28.07. The employee LIED and said because it was part of a bundle they could only refund $18.72. I asked what bundle and the kid just shrugged. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES. DON'T BUY ANYTHING AT THIS STORE. Best Buy owes me $37.42 for two nonworking screen protectors. Then they owe me a few hundred for wasting my time.
