Stopped in today (1/6/2026) and tried to buy a vinyl album that was marked $18.99 but scanned at $22.99. When I brought it to their attention I was told that the barcode was incorrect and the price was $22.99 so I asked them to do a price correction which is standard retail operating procedure but they would not correct their mistake so I walked out without making a purchase. Now they return the LP to their inventory and see how long it takes for someone else to purchase. Absolute horrible customer relations and all because of their mistake of $4.00. Not a proper way to run a business!!!

I had an amazing experience at Best Buy today. We decided to look into upgrading a phone and Deon was very helpful. He was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the phones, the process, and the current sales. Deon has a wonderful personality that kept us engaged and entertained the whole time. It took a while to work everything out. He even stayed past his scheduled hours to finish our transaction and set-up of the new phone. It is rare to find that kind of exemplary customer service!
