We have always gotten great service from this best buy, and they've been very helpful and supporting our streaming efforts with good equipment.

Every employee was focused on their phones and whatever was on their screen. I had to seek out and find someone to inconvenience with questions about laptops. You'd think electronics would have staff ready to answer questions and sell you the expense electronicnic decision. Business tip: when on the clock employees need to put their phones in a locker, with exceptions ONLY for specific children or family healthcare situations. Only having phones for emergency type situations.

There was literally no register in this store... I had to wait in a 15 minute line at customer service to pay for 1 item?

Although any register around the store can be utilized to check out if you need assistance you should contact the greeter at the entrance.
