I was in & out in three minutes flat. Awesome service.
I bought an iPad and Apple Pencil with the help of a sales rep. The Pencil they had directly suggested was not compatible with the iPad. Later in the day, I came back to return the item. The replacement item cost more, and the sales rep was unapologetic. Poor service.

When on their website to buy a TV during a 3-day sale.. the website was difficult to navigate but once the item was in my cart it wouldn't ship to store and it wouldn't ship to me. So I called my local Best Buy and a team member looked it up in the system and the closest one was 200 mi away and they did not offer to ship it down to the local store or have it delivered to our home. So there was no way we could purchase this TV through Best Buy. It was also on a Sunday and we waited till they open till 11:00 to call and deal with their computer system so basically we wasted our entire morning trying to buy a TV from Best Buy. Won't make that mistake again no wonder they're going out of business.
