Officially have been warned! Stay away from bestbuy. The geek squad guarantee are not what it appears to be. It take over 2 months to get your computer repaired! I only had my computer since mid December 2024. I dropped my computer off around June 1st. I still haven’t received my computer as of yet (Aug 5th 2025). And bestbuy 1-800 number is no use. They have you wait for hours with resolution which is asking you to stop by local store to get it sorted out. In addition, good luck finding manager at the local store! Its supervisor or assistant manager. Trust me! The only way to get your repair status is by stopping by the local store! Just call local geek squad or store if you don’t believe me. You will get routed to the crappy 1-800 customer service number that will have you sitting for hours. Again you have been warned! I’m definitely not purchasing from bestbuy again. I will try my luck with Walmart or Amazon customer service. Or buy directly from the manufacturer instead of going through bestbuy! This is the worst experience I had since circuit city days and need I say more! What goes up must come down!

I had a curbside pick up for my 75 inch tv. It was ready when I got there and the associates were very helpful. They help me get it into my suv.

I had an amazing experience with the employee’s at this store. Specifically Kalique Lewis and Josh Smalls. We went into the store to return a 75” inch TV in the middle of a downpour and both of them were so eager to help us both unload the one we were returning (again, in the pouring rain) and help us find one that fits our needs. I highly recommend this location and hope their managers recognize what good employees they are.
