So went in there today to see if they had my game when I preordered it yesterday and they gave me a copy attitude about it in customer service area so that’s why I am giving you all a 1 star. This person has no respect towards customers that’s working there.

My mom called them and asked them if I could make an appointment with them to factory reset my iPhone and they kept telling my mom that she had to make an account when this is a one time thing so my mom js told the lady on the phone to make the account then she hung up on her
