If you are going to post your "store number" online please make sure someone in the store answers and not someone in another country telling me that they can't connect me to your store but they understand my frustration. Terrible set up to have your customer service problems handled. Next time I'll just got to Lowe's and pay more but get a bit better customer service.

I have shopped at this particular store many times in the past but I never received such amazing service as I did recently with the Wahid Jubayer. I was looking to purchase a TV in a short amount of time and he went above and beyond to help me find the TV that met the criteria that I was interested in, loaded it into my car, and was so respectful and kind the entire time. Thank you Wahid!
Sorry for the second time I've been there. In the past two weeks, never got assistance, and the store was almost empty, so no excuse to say that they were with customers. The people working there can see you walking for hours and never approach my family or me to ask if we need help, when we came in, we ask for someone to meet us in the home theater area and no body show up. The Home Theater area never have someone to assist you.
Look like they are just waiting for this location to go out of business, too.
