My wife went to this best buy to attempt to purchase Pokemon cards and when she arrived there were a bunch of empty chairs so she walked up to the doors to wait. The scalpers returned and started yelling and fighting with her and a Best Buy employee just stood there and watched the exchange and when they finally did interject told my wife she had to go to the back of the line. These scalpers went to another store that opened earlier to also purchase more Pokemon cards and the fact that Best Buy supported them leaving empty chairs and pop-ups out to "reserve" a spot in line is obscene. I have filed a report with corporate on this matter. Scalpers being supported by stores and the scalpers having more people than chairs come back after being gone is ridiculous to have a small women have to be removed and not the 15 people who were not there and showed back up to chairs that were left behind is appalling.Also the Best Buy employee allowed a lot more people than chairs to re-enter the line which is not fair as you cannot say they were there for sure.
Update: as it draws closer to opening the 10 chairs that "held" spots is now equal to 25 people and the number continues to grow as it gets closer to opening, if chairs hold places then it is a single place holder but Best Buy is allowing these scalpers to continue to have more and more friends show up as it is closer to opening and not requiring them to move to the back of the line.
Update: Wife was in Target completing a pick up and the people who left the line at Best Buy were notified while they were in line at Target and the employee at Target mentioned they were mad someone cut in front of them at Best Buy when they were not there, but that they were not worried about it because they "know" the manager. Makes sense why he sided with those that were not physically in line and gone for a while before returning to bully a woman out of a line that had no one in it.
The customer services is very poor @ the location
Went to best buy for the first time and we got a broken product and very slow service then when we returned it because it was broken we got it so it would get delivered and first delivery was delayed and the store was loud and dirty,it should be called worst buy

I went to Best Buy to buy a laptop for college and was extremely overwhelmed trying to decide which one would be best for my major. Thankfully, an employe named Zayed helped me choose a great laptop that fits all of my requirements and more. Not only that, but his exceptional communication skills and leadership qualities were excellent. He made the whole process much easier, and I truly appreciate his help. I hope he gets a raise!
