I had a very disappointing experience at Best Buy. I was in the speaker and bass/sound section and tried multiple times to get help from an employee named Kyle, but I was completely ignored. He was on his phone having a personal conversation and made no effort to acknowledge or assist me as a customer.
I understand employees get busy, but ignoring customers entirely is unacceptable. Management should pay closer attention to how employees interact with customers and make sure they are providing the service Best Buy is known for. This experience made me feel unwelcome and frustrated.
Avoid the car audio section. Got a Sony system installed in July and a part that connects it to my steering wheel control panel failed 5 months later. Called them back to see if they could fix it and they basically blew me off saying they don’t have the part and “don’t support it.” They obviously didn’t care about keeping my business.
Tatiana was wonderful and helped us purchase an iPhone 15 today. We were waiting at both counters when she passed by, approached us, and asked if we needed assistance. Thanks to her knowledge, patience, and dedication, the entire process went smoothly
Go to this Best Buy store if you need an actual store and NOT the outlet (like the one in Manassas).
Finding help to ask a question is subpar. Everyone that works here are usually in the Apple section or at the cash registers and if your question is not Apple related, they guess on an answer.
You MAY get better service if you go during the week.
