I would give zero stars if I could.
On September 11, I went into the Woodbridge store and purchased a TV along with a full mounting service and several extras, scheduling the delivery and installation for today, September 17. I took an entire day off of work specifically to be home for this appointment.
Instead of completing the job, I received a call telling me they needed to reschedule because the TV wasn't there and was allegedly coming from another store. Suspecting something was off, I drove straight to the Woodbridge location immediately after the cancellation, only to find the exact TV I bought sitting right there in stock.
When I spoke with the phone representative, customer service was nonexistent. She was entirely unhelpful and offered nothing more than a sarcastic apology for completely blowing up my schedule.
Between Best Buy, Geek Squad, and their TV department, the level of incompetence and lack of communication is unacceptable. I am out a full day’s wages waiting around for a service they couldn't bother to coordinate, despite having the inventory right in front of them. Take your business elsewhere if you value your time and money.

This is my second time going to Best Buy and I can tell you right now that I will most likely only be shopping for any electrical things from here moving forward. Everyone is super nice very knowledgeable. Marcus was the manager helping me at the time and he was just very helpful and honest with me. He gave me the best deal possible and I’m very grateful for him. Thanks to Best Buy. I’m able to get everything I need and as quickly as possible.
