I had an outstanding experience at Best Buy thanks to Devin Fournier. Devin was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and persistent in helping me solve an issue that no one else could clearly explain.
I was trying to understand how an unlocked phone would work with AT&T and Verizon, and even their own representatives couldn’t give me a clear or confident answer. Devin took the time to really listen, explained everything step by step, and made sure I actually understood my options instead of rushing me.
On top of that, he helped us find a quick and practical solution so my mom could finally watch TV at her place — something she really wanted and had been stressing about.
Devin was patient, understanding, and genuinely committed to helping. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical knowledge with real care for the customer. Best Buy is lucky to have him, and I’ll absolutely be coming back because of this experience.
