Usually good service till this last time. The tech deleted most of my documents. Said they were duplicates but when I got home I found they were not and are now gone. They want me to pay to try to retrieve them. Clearly an error on their part that are not willing to resolve

Store associates will go very far out of their way to avoid you to the point of if you want to speak to an associate, you should just go to the front of the store and speak to the front door greeter.
