Huge store with tons of electronics. I walk in the mall and stopped in for a high speed phone charging cable. They had a ton of them and the price was right!

Annoying Experience: I purchased a fridge from the outlet center with a promise of delivery on 12/3. On 12/2, with no other communication between the date I ordered and then, I get a call from an unknown number telling me to call a different unknown number regarding my fridge. The message was so garbled, I couldn't understand it. I called, and no one answered, or called back. I then spend 4 hours between waiting on hold and having to call back because my breaks ended at work trying to talk to someone and when I finally got through they said A) my product didn't get transferred to the delivery warehouse in time and B) there's nothing anyone can do, no matter what, and I'm just stuck. I tried calling the store, but even if you look up the store's number online, it automatically routes you to the call center. So, today, I spent my day off going to the store. Once there, I spent 45 minutes talking to the staff who was talking to somoleone else and got absolutely nowhere. 3 hours later, they call me saying there's nothing they can do orher than r/s to a later date, even though they actually did have my fridge there. All this hasle was NOT worth a $400 savings for a dented fridge, so I found a different one at a different company, new for less money with the same features.

Holy cow... purchased an oven and a fridge here, both promised to be working on arrival, and... fridge didn't work at all, oven broke after the 1st use. For the oven, GE is repairing it (kudos to GE). For the fridge, they sent 2 technicians to assess the issue, and now they're sending a 3rd to assess the broken fridge. For a 'new open box' fridge they promised was working, it'll be over a month before it works at all. Just horrible service. Never stepping foot in here again in my life. You can ask me for more details. Edit to respond to Best Buy: 1st off, read the review? The fridge was the problem, not the oven. Second, we sat on the phone with customer service for 1.5 hours. We asked them if they could have the third technician call the 1st or 2nd technician to learn what the issue was and order the part... best buy said no. Seemed like a reasonable request (Best Buy make a phone call instead of visiting our house) was denied. Because...? Is the social media going to do what customer service wouldn't do with our 1.5 hour phone call yesterday?

Great place to shop especially for Refrigerators, they are in great condition and at a reasonable price. Even they had great deals on open box laptops and Apple Watches. The staff was extremely friendly as well
