It certainly stands by the outlet part of its name. The store is mostly Kitchen appliances like microwaves and fridges but also has a nice stock of TV and monitors. A small section of electronics like tablets, phones, and video game items are under locked cases near the front. The only problem is that you have to scan a QR code to see more about those items and sometimes your phone will try to grab the QR code next to it first. Otherwise lots of employees but not really a lot of shoppers. Entrance is easy to get in and out and even has a public restroom.

Because it's an outlet location there is limited selection but there is a large variety of appliances.

Who opens at 10am and closes at 6pm (especially around black Friday / cyber Monday shopping)? Do they not realize that their customer base have actual jobs during that timeframe as well as deal with local traffic? I showed up at 5:59 and the doors were already locked and the three guys sitting inside said the registers were already locked. All I had to do was pick up my order.
