Came down here to get an open box item. The store was a bit odd and the products were heavily used, not just open box. Not sure I’d come again.

Bought an open box fridge. The ice maker didn’t work. Best Buy said that Samsung had to take care of it. Samsung came out and took it apart and determined that it was a Best Buy problem. Best Buy said that they would take care of it, but couldn’t schedule anyone to come out. I tried more than 10 times, and each time they said that there were no appointments available but they would escalate it and someone would call back within 24-48 hours. They said I should go into the store, so I did, and they said that they can’t help me I have to call in. Well, now it’s been over a year so there is “nothing they can do”.
Just in case someone from Best Buy reads this and thinks I’m exaggerating, here are the dates and case numbers of my most recent calls:
