Staff was great helping us look at what was available and getting us loaded up. The problem started when we got the refrigerator home. Didn't work, no help from Best Buy and no way to contact them to solve the problem, just a phone tree circle of no help. Wasted our money with ionway to return our purchase.

Best Buy when are you going to update your system to show live inventory? You shouldn’t have inventory showing available when clearly it isn’t. I purchased a charging cord for pickup with an hour and to my surprise when showing up there’s nothing to pickup because your system is inaccurate. This is the 2nd time I’ve experienced this. How incredibly inconvenient this is to customers when you have an option for 1 hour pickup. You also can’t get ahold of real live people, you have to listen to an AI robot that is “still learning”. At this point I can’t wait until Best Buy goes out of business. Just horrifying, disappointing and they up charge on all their items and for what ? Terrible customer service.

Help me find not one but two fantastic television sets I bought two Samsung TVs here. One for the bedroom and one for the living room. We are considering getting a third television for the family room as well. Great discount pricing for the open box units. Make sure you thoroughly look at the TVs instead of just counting on the employees there to inspect for damage for you we did have to return one because of obvious scratches other than that I feel like this is a great place to purchase television sets and any other household item that you need as far as electronics go
