Super clean and easy to find. Employees were good at asking for help. If you're looking for a good deal on appliances or electronics then I would check this place out. Not everything is on the best buy sites so it is worth going in to find what you need.
I purchased an open-box LG fridge (model LF24Z6530S) from this outlet on June 5, labeled “Good – Working As New” and drove over an hour to pick it up. Once home, I discovered key parts were missing: the handle screws and the door alignment snap rings. Without them, the fridge door have no handles and left door hangs lower than the right door.
I contacted BestBuy.com support—they said I needed to call the outlet. After dialing the outlet's number, they told me they couldn’t help and didn’t stock the parts. Support told me they couldn’t even order the missing LG parts (they are custom screws, worth $50 total!) or authorize a refund for them. The only solutions they offered were to physically return the fridge (another costly 2+ hour round trip plus truck rental) or to just live with it.
I’ve spoken to multiple agents. No one takes responsibility. It’s absurd that Best Buy’s systems are so fragmented that no one can handle a simple missing-parts issue across store and web. Completely unacceptable customer experience. Buyer beware.
Deceptive, Disrespectful, and Deeply Disturbing – Worst Shopping Experience Ever❗️
I visited the Best Buy Outlet in Auburn, WA and was shocked by what felt like a staged scam. Dozens of refrigerators were clearly marked with massive discounts — $431.99, $521.99, 85% off — yet when I tried to buy any of them, I was told “we can’t sell it at that price” with no explanation whatsoever.
The manager refused to communicate respectfully. He was dismissive, cold, and outright rude — as if I was doing something wrong by simply trying to buy a product at the listed price.
The entire experience felt deeply dishonest. You walk in, see the discounts, get your hopes up — and then you’re treated like an idiot. No answers, no options, just a stone wall.
I contacted customer support and got the same evasive attitude: “We’ll look into it.” Nothing.
This is not just misleading advertising. It’s intentional bait-and-switch, manipulation, and complete disregard for customers. It’s a psychological game where they pull you in with fake deals and frustrate you into overspending.
I’ve filed formal complaints with the Washington State Attorney General and the BBB, and I strongly encourage others to do the same.
Until Best Buy holds its outlet stores accountable, I will never shop there again — and I recommend others avoid this place like the plague.
Thank you Jesse and Harjot! These guys helped me when Federal Way Best Buy did not help me
