I was sold into believing the protection insurance that comes out directly of my checking account covered anything that happened to my lap top and that it was better and more affordable than apple. That was a major lie. Its a scam. I do apologize to my older crowd, you can have someone locally help you out with your laptop or any device instead of a huge corporation that only cares about taking your money. I won't be back and I will now teach myself how to fix my screen. Waste of money. On a positive note, the gentleman that spoke with me was kind and honest and said I would have not sold this to you. Just say no and get the real protection through the carrier you have.

Not my job Oh dear! What used to be a “can do” Best Buy store is slipping. Staff seem to be siloed and a simply transaction ends up with a run-around.
