Staff is very chill, not in your way to much and the store is clean and quiet
Needlessly complicated returns.
Been in 5 times to get them to honor a return policy for a phone I paid to get their insurance on.
Don't trust a word their "customer service" team says.

Recently, I went in to look at upgrading some older TVs in our home. Max (pretty sure that was his name) helped me by answering all my questions and showing me the brand I was looking for and the type that I needed. I paid for the TVs back in the home theater area with Max. Afterward, he brought them up front, where he loaded them into my truck. I really liked dealing with one associate from start to finish. Great customer service. Thank you, Max!
