It takes a team to build a company, but just one person can destroy everything. I have had two recent expierences with this BB, the first was very positive. I walked in, was pleasantly greeted by an enthusiastic kid who loved what he did. The store was clean, I found what I needed, spent about a grand and was happily on my way. The second time your "manager" young lady was in charge. She stopped everyone at the door, without even looking at them, to ensure they weren't stealing. When I asked about purchasing a thousand dollar laptop, I was scolded and sent away to wait for a very unhappy worker who had to climb up on the ceiling to find the item you advertised as in stock... the store was dirty, morality low, and when I asked who was in charge it was obvious this young lady was causing a major shift in moral. Anyways, I have zero tolerance for this and will not be visiting this store anytime soon. I purposely try to give local businesses my money, but if I'm going to be treated like a criminal when I'm spending 1k+, you can forget it. Buh bye Best Buy Edit: here is a checklist to ensure your business is presented properly. Clean neat and organized appearance Smile and make eye contact with your potentials Greet them all enthusiastically because they are likely spending a lot of money, and your paycheck revolves around how many come back believe it or not! Treat people the way you would like to be treated in your home. Act as if your superiors are always watching even when you know they aren't Always leave things better than they were I was raised with these values as common sense, but apparently they need to be spelled out in today's age.
