what is going on with purchasing these days? Walk in and you have to put your name in the cue, meanwhile the guy sitting there cannot help you as well as the girl sucking on a straw drink doing nothing and cannot help. I saw 5 different employees on the clock and none of them could help. This is not a system that works at least for we the people. Get a clue best buy!!!

Large, well stocked store. Great selection of TV’s, appliances and phone gadgets. The staff was nice and welcoming. The store was clean, organized and easy to browse.

My husband and I had an AMAZING experience at Burlington Best Buy this past week - associate Joel N. went above and beyond to assist us with our purchase. The item we had been planning on buying for quite a while (and done extensive research on) ended up no longer being in stock and had actually been discontinued. This was super disappointing BUT Joel jumped right in and turned things around so quick with his extensive knowledge of products and component compatibility. He brought up detailed specs on his phone for us to see for ourselves and suggested a different build, which we weren't familiar with - but he committed time and effort to educate us both and thoroughly break down all the complex details for us. He is obviously very passionate about technology and had tons of information to convey, without rushing us along and used both "tech speak" and translations for better understanding. He was friendly and respectful and made sure everything was well understood. Joel made absolutely sure we knew what we would be getting and I'm pretty sure he was as excited as we were! Shipping only took a few days through a third party and everything arrived just fine. Set up was easy and the performance is out of this world! He certainly didn't exaggerate even a single thing. Best Buy - you have a true gem of an associate working his hardest for you. We will be returning in the future and hope to work with Joel again!
