65 inch 4k smart tv for under $300 out the door.
I called ahead the night before and it was also posted online for a week about an item being available for black Friday. I waited outside from 510am to 6am it was under 40° farenheit. I was 2nd in line and my wife was 3rd.
As the person unlocked the doors yelled through the crowd IF YOURE HERE FOR 'X ITEM' THEN YOURE OUT OF LUCK BECAUSE WE HAVE NONE"
I could have waited across the street and store A or B within 100 ft or C or D or E or F within 1 square mile.
I chose to wait outside in the freezing cold to buy this item at this store because I got confirmation from 2 different employees on 2 different days and also it's been blasted in ads all week.
So my wife and I went to the next 7 stores hoping to get one but every store said they sold out before the lines even got through. This is a one off instance but the lady was so rude and when I asked her what it was that happened and explained that I called etc she said "we don't have any so it doesn't matter what happened". I get retail, I get it's not her fault. I get that I hedges my bets at this store and didn't score and that's also not my fault in the sense that I confirmed it so many times with people. I wasn't flipping a coin, I made a educated prediction and prepared myself accordingly. Drove 30 miles each way. The whole experience was horrible and I spent hours running around trying to find even 1 item X. Total waste of my time and I'm still bitter about it clearly.
Always a friendly welcome by LP by the front door, no matter who's working. I've come here for various things almost my entire life. I always price compare online before buying certain things versus GameStop or Amazon for games, laptops, headphones, gaming supplies. I recommend this place electronic wise. They also have employees throughout the store knowledged to the electronics. When I needed GOOD headphones for everyday use they recommended the JLab headphones and it's beyond wonderful as I can adjust volume on either side of the headphones via app and it yet to break. Recently got the new battleship game on black Friday sale price, 10$ less than GameStop. Always have options to have the receipt sent via email or text or plain old paper. Great service and 1000% recommend. You'll have a superb experience Everytime.
Bought and paid for a Sony 65 inch tv and delivery and setup! The delivery was 2 weeks late, and when they did get here they put the tv up, plugged it in and left! Then we discovered that the optical port for the sound bar doesn't work! Called the store and got all kinds of crap from some woman that should not be working with the public! Hope they make this right or I will be leaving another review!
