I stopped in on a Sunday evening for an aux-related emergency and Tanner was very kind. Although I had to make an exchange, he ended up finding the right product for me. Now I'm back happily listening to my music. Thanks, Tanner! ☺️

I love best buy. I do wish employees would ask if I need help when I'm looking for something. I even made eye contact with one associate who immediately broke eye contact and rushed out of sight. I still give it five stars for the merchandise and overall atmosphere. Employee assistance could use some work though.
Bought a new TV and soundbar for my new house on Oct. 8th and supposed to delivered on Oct. 18th and never showed up. Best Buy never even called me. I had to call 3 times to find out my order was rescheduled the morning it was supposed to be delivered. Now it’s supposed to be delivered Nov. 7th. The worst customer experience I have ever had.
