Do not buy electronics at this store, they vertically stack laptops in the back of house and throw product into carts.

Do not get a credit card through best buy CITI bank they will scam you. I called to pay off my citibank card and after I paid my balance I got another bill with added interest. Closed my account. Best buy should not be promoting a card through their company that isn't honest.

Jenny, store associate, and and Gabe, general manager, are incredibly attentive and friendly. I had a unique situation that took 20mins to resolve. At no point did I feel rush or like a burden. They both made me feel heard and worked hard to resolve my issue. Although this location is a little far from my home, I will only be coming to this one from now on. Thank you both!!
