The warranty is bad on a phone, pay a charge upfront and then 200 dollars when you need a phone actually replaced. Very slow replacement even with those costs, Amazon would have had this dealt with by now. Had to activate another phone in the meantime. The associates are doing their best, the people running this company are to blame Edit: Update 4 Days later the phone still isn't here with any tracking information. A phone is so important to doing anything today, this is not the way to get one.
