I got some computer help and was in and out pretty fast.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We bought a computer for our 10-year-old child. When I asked how he could start using it, the manager said, “If you buy a car, the mechanic charges you—so we charge to show you how to start a computer.” I replied, “But when I buy a car, the dealer at least shows me how to start the car when handing the key.” His response? “That’s what driving school is for.” I always buy from Apple Store for myself, so I was shocked how bad the service at Best Buy. I know that Windows(PC) service is not even close to Apple Store , but HOW HE SAID IT is questionable. Unbelievable attitude. No courtesy. I strongly urge all customers: do not buy from this shop.lf you don’t want to get like this respond. There is no reason to shop here when Amazon is cheaper, more helpful, and offers free customer service for tech support. Especially if you buy Mac, go Apple Store! I love Apple Store, better price for student discount and million times better service than Best Buy. Save yourself the time and money. Buy elsewhere. Horrible service.

First off,the the first person we met was a young ,rude,uneducated no personality did I say rude?? This guy did not like seniors at all,he approached us with a scull on his angry looking face.so sad,because best buy is real the best n we have always been treated with nothing but respect. And then we encoucountered this best buy angel called Cody Bush This guy was remarkable!! Super intelligent, so kind,friendly, he literally just took over where this kid named Freez something like that started but never came back to finish with us. Cody is someone that will go far He was awesome. no joke. super kool,smart manager material. Thank uou mr cody bush!!!
