On May 20th I bought a cell phone screen guard and was directed to the geek squad to have it installed. They seemed shorthanded and there were a number of people waiting for service so I decided to come back after making an appointment. On my way out of the store I noticed a gaggle of clerks standing around a desk, talking to each other so I went over to ask if anyone could help me. One clerk immediately told me that that was a geek squad job and most of the others drifted away. Only one clerk, a young lady named Savannah, offered to help me and BOY did she get the stink eye for doing so. She then spent 10 minutes installing the shield and making sure that it was completely free of bubbles and dust. It was so gratifying to witness someone so committed to customer service that I would gladly give her 6 stars, or better yet 10, if that was an option. I hope Best Buy recognizes and rewards its best employees. Savanah certainly deserves that.
Thanks

Don't bother trying to call this store and ask a human being a question. They have an AI virtual assistant that takes all the calls and will just route you to an endless hold. These AI virtual agents are antithetical to good customer service, so their use here says everything about the Best Buy's attitude towards their customers.
