Helping employees with plenty of parking.
The salesperson was very helpful. He explained the differences between all the different type of led models - such as qled, OLED, mini led. It can get really confusing. Not only that but sometimes it seems as if all these fancy type of LED options are my more gimmick e than anything else. After doing my research for a few days I returned to this best buy ready to make a purchase. I chose the Samsung QLED QF8 model. The picture clarity on this TV is amazing and I absolutely love all of the different picture settings. I also purchased a Samsung soundbar which perfectly compliments my TV. The only reason for the -2 stars is because my card was charged twice for the same TV and I had to go back to the store to alert them and the lady at the customer service counter try to make me feel as if it were my fault this happened. I was inconvenienced and I feel like an apology would have been nice that's all I ask. Aside from that I will still purchase from this store again. And I still recommend best buy. They do have good sales here and I was able to get my television for $300 off.

Helpful staff. I wish things were easier to find. General sections kinda help, but not when youre looking for specific things that are smaller. But the staff is always happy to help so that definitely makes up for it
