I had no idea customer service could be as bad as it is here. Do you guys have employees? Walking around for ten minutes looking for someone, cant find anyone. Nobody seeks customers out. Nobody customer services. They just walk right by you. Stand in line at the Geek Squad desk so that I can order something because its the only place I can find anyone, and then they just walk away. I've been here 5-6 times and it is ALWAYS this experience. Its disgusting. I shouldn't make eye contact with an employee while I am standing in a line, and have them turn around and walk away to help someone else. I'm not returning to this location purely out of principle, because apparently you aren't too concerned about whether you actually have customers or not. Nothing makes my day more than driving thirty minutes to a store, walking around and trying to find help for a half hour, only for me to end up leaving empty handed.
Store was not busy at all. Stood around for 15 min waiting to get an iPad. Finally went to the front and they said “ they would put me in the que and send someone over to that section” I look over at the media area there are 5 employees standing around.

Very nice service and knowledgeable workers. Every time I go in everyone is friendly and able to answer my questions. Went in recently to fix my phone because I thought my camera was cracked, turns out it was just a protector that I forgot I put on. They were able to take off the old ones and help me with finding new ones.
