I bought a cable but didn't need it and so I never took it out of the box. I tried to return it 3 weeks after I bought the cable and was told that i can only return it within 2 weeks unless I PAID FOR A SUBSCRIPTION to allow 60 day returns. I think this is really bad customer service.
Clean and the staff is very friendly.
Picked up my Switch 2 pre-order from here and it was a great experience. Clean and well staffed. In particular, I was helped by Liam S and he helped me save a bunch of money on all the extra stuff I was buying. I left with such a good haul and such a good deal, I was practically jumping. It truly was the Best Buy.
