I had an appointment to have a new car radio installed, and showed up a little early for my appointment. Tristan met me at the service entrance door and introduced himself. He was ready to go, and I think the entire install plus his later explanation and walk-through took approximately an hour to complete. Tristan was very nice to work with, and game a great explanation on how everything worked. I would definitely come back. Thank you!
Tristan helped me install a new CarPlay radio in my old car and he was wonderful - so helpful, so kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I would come back here again to have more installations done, no hesitation.
Huge selection and super friendly staff! I stopped by to find headphones and was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety they had in stock. You can also order online for pickup, which is much faster if you already know what you’re looking for. Very convenient and easy shopping experience.
Best buy destroyed my iPhone!!!
For context, I brought in my iPhone for a simple battery replacement as my iPhone’s battery is showing that it needs serviced.
My phone has never been repaired so obviously never opened. Then one of the Geek squad guys came back, after around 45 mins and said my screw was stripped! Despite him visually inspecting the phone and ran diagnostics on the counter, before taking it behind the counter. How the hell is that even possible when we bought it brand new from T-mobile, never been touched by anyone. When they brought the phone inside, they tried and they broke it!
Then a manager said that it could be dust buildup and it’s happened before. Dust buildup would strip a screw? Oh please! They attempted to repair and they stripped the screw! That’s what happened! The phone has never been touched! They were the first ones to repair it, and they broke it!
