I say it with full sincerity: go to a different location or, better yet, a different store as a whole. Me and my partner have been to this location a double-digit number of times since it's the primary tech store in town, and every time has been somehow more miserable than the last.
Every time me and/or my partner have come here just to buy a product off the shelf that we're already clearly set on, we've had to deal with employees giving us misleading, contradictory, or outright incorrect information, while pushing hard on trying to get us to order to their store for pickup and/or to apply for their credit card. Sales reps love to waste your time here and are unhelpful at best.
It genuinely feels like management must spend more time trying to get sales reps to boost credit card sales metrics more than giving them information on tech information/knowledge. Employees here will not respect a polite 'no' to a sales pitch and if you're with a partner will start pitching the credit card to them just to make a sale!
