I particularly enjoy shopping at this store. My reasons? The employees, and the selection. The employees are always polite and respectful, and they never try to pressure me into buying something that I don't need. If they don't have an item at the store I'm shopping at, they'll order it in, or direct me to a store nearby that has it in stock. They never looked down at me for asking questions about the product combined, or the fact that I'm having to save up to buy something. They're always patient when I have questions about a product because I don't know what I'm doing, and they're willing to take the time to explain things. If they don't have an item in the store, they're willing to order it in, or find a location nearby that has it. They have most things that a household will need electronic wise, and even carry some e-bikes. And the layout of the store is spacious and comfortable. This is my favorite store for all my electronics related needs.

Bad experience in ISSAQUAH. I went to this store to try to get help for data migration assistant from my old version Mac Pro to a new Mac air M4. The guy asked me for my password of my old Mac by saying to find right charging cable and go back inside. Don't understand why he needs a password to find right charging line. And then he asked for password of my new laptop and required to leave the both laptops one night in the store. I learned from YouTube that it only needs 20 mins for data migration. I don't know if the guy in best guy tried to get personal data doing something else. Since they don't do things in front of you by an easy data migration, so be cautious.

They're truly awful and clueless if any situation arises beyond a normal purchase or return. There have been a couple situations where online support has told me the easiest thing to do is go into the store, and every time the Issaquah location can't figure it out. They say what I'm asking and what online support said the store will do is impossible, and every time I end up going to the Bellevue store who have zero issues helping. I've finally given up; even if this store is the closest one to you, you're still better off going somewhere else.
