They're truly awful and clueless if any situation arises beyond a normal purchase or return. There have been a couple situations where online support has told me the easiest thing to do is go into the store, and every time the Issaquah location can't figure it out. They say what I'm asking and what online support said the store will do is impossible, and every time I end up going to the Bellevue store who have zero issues helping. I've finally given up; even if this store is the closest one to you, you're still better off going somewhere else.
