BUYER BEWARE: Upon arrival, only open box chargers were available for sale, which was disappointing.
When I got home, I discovered a third of the $90 Surface charger was missing and it lacked any Microsoft branding, even though the product condition was marked as “new".
I tried contacting the store, but their virtual AI assistant was useless and couldn’t connect me to a representative. After being on hold for about 10 minutes, I was finally connected to an international “help center,” where I was told that broken or counterfeit products were simply the “risk” of buying an “open-box” product from Best Buy. I was also informed that their physical stores no longer accept customer phone calls.
Their lack of product oversight, nonexistent customer service, and inability to stock new products is unacceptable and a slap in the face to customers. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!

Fraud charges from something not purchased and zero accountability to get rid of it- told it was taken care of then had to fight for months for the late fees and interest associated with the charge- then ended up having to pay 14$ anyway in order to get them to stop harassing me over what started as over a hundred dollar charge- will never use them ever again and encourage others not to as well
