I am in awe of so many shiny things lol great selection ~the tech guys are pretty good at what they do buuuuuutt the customer service skills are in need so bad that I went to another location for my 🖥 here's some advice that not only this stores should listen to ☆☆☆ You don't treat people like they are criminals first & foremost. Your judging people by other people's actions,~◇◇◇ TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THEY ARE YOUR LAST BREATH, 'CAUSE THEY MIGHT BE HOLDING MORE THAN A PHONE CHARGER & CORD IN THIER HANDS◇◇◇~ Just think, would you treat your family like criminals when they come to your house? Probably not. These people are coming to the store for something that "in most cases" will promote well -being.. their happy =your boss is happy=your happy 😊

Tristan and co. did a great job with my stereo install and made it a positive experience from start to finish. I highly recommend utilizing the Geek Squad’s service when needed. I like to DIY but some things are better left to professionals and the price was very reasonable. Maybe too reasonable.
Best Buy should pay their technicians more or allow customers to tip.
Best buy was able to fix my car clicker and had the hp ink I was looking for. They were very helpful.
