I called to make sure they had my damaged item in stock because we had a warranty and that they would be able to take care of it in store. So we made an appointment and showed up. They said we were told wrong information on their c/s line and we'd have to leave our item and they would send it back to Apple and then we'd have to come back to pick up the new item at a later date. VERY FRUSTRATING! So we left and ended up going to the Apple store that took care of us. Unfortunately because we made the appointment at Best Buy instead of Apple we had to wait 2 hours in the Apple store. Big waste of our time, and gas. Best Buy DID NOT take care of us properly. We will consider this when we purchased future items.

The store employees gave me false information about the promotion. I traded in my printer, but I didn’t get any credit, even though the official website clearly says, “Offer can be combined with other HP promotions.” At the store, they came up with their own rule. They told me something like, “If the discount is over 15%, the system automatically blocks combining it with the trade-in. There’s nothing we can do.” This is not stated anywhere online. It honestly felt like a made-up excuse just to avoid honoring the deal. I only realized I was misled after I got home. I’m not going back to waste time arguing with them. I’ll shop somewhere else instead of dealing with dishonest employees.

Employee Hezekiah went above and beyond, sticking with us as the store was closing in order to help me get my payment through to Microsoft. He even solved a problem that I had with my cell phone.
