Not happy with my experience after purchasing a remote start kit online with free installation. I dont think they take into consideration the fact that the customers who schedule these appointments have to make and take time out of their own day to commit to these appointments. I initially scheduled an appointment that was about 2 weeks out from my purchase date. The night before my appointment (scheduled first time slot in the morning), I get an email saying my appointment is cancelled due to one of the parts not being in stock. Things happen, so I schedule a new appointment 3 weeks later since I have to request time off from work again and find a babysitter for my kids. When I arrived at my rescheduled appointment 15 minutes early, the installer was already with another customer. He told me to drop off my car but it probably wont be worked on until another 3 hours. I tell him I scheduled this appointment several weeks in advance and explained the accomodations I had to make in order to make this appointment work. I also explain I had to head out of town early that afternoon which was why I scheduled the appointment at the earliest slot available. After telling him id rather reschedule, he tells me he will do his best to make things work and will go back and forth working on the other customers car and mine. He says it should only take a couple hours but was not completely sure. I walked around the area to kill time and returned to the installer after 2 hours and noticed that my car had not been worked on. Not to mention, it took 30 minutes for someone (not the installer) to speak to me. After the installer finished the other customer's car, which was now almost 3.5 hours after my scheduled start time, he tells me it will take a couple hours to finish my car. I kept my cool and declined. I told him I had a flight to catch and didnt want to risk missing my flight just to wait for my car to be finished. What really irritated me was the installer mentioned the other customer didnt even have an appointment that day and was actually scheduled to come in a week later. I guess he was trying to make think he was just being nice. However, it made no sense that I, the customer with an appointment that day, had to wait for my car to be serviced and that the installer prioritized another customer who came in before their scheduled appointment. I will never come back to Best Buy for any car-related work. Customer service didnt seem to care and noone even apologized or tried to make things right. Their sale prices are not worth it. Take your cars elsewhere.

Great customer service. Store was clean and well organized.
Pretty experience. I wanted to buy a Tesla charger for my newly bought Tesla, the team could not figure out how to redeem my gift card, they made me felt like I was out there scamming them. Then I was told to just check out online with my gift card, so I did then I had to wait an hour to fulfill the order so I had to come back the next day for it. Bad bad bad
Went in with my laptop and additional parts to upgrade my SSD. Helpful group was able to take care of installing into my laptop as well as additional advice. Had a good attitude and was very understanding. Would recommend coming here if you need help.
