Do not buy anything from best buy in Kennewick Washington and here's why A u s veteran purchase a washer and dryer before Christmas. On the receipt it says delivery date is December 26, 2025 between 7 am and 7 pm. The veteran needed to go to VA in walla walla Washington to get meds. He did not get the chance to take his meds because he was waiting for the delivery. When he called to find out when it was to be delivered, the company did not have a delivery date or time. It took him over 1 hour to get to talk to a person, a REAL LIVE PERSON ON THE PHONE. Best buy uses a financial company that don't speak or understand English. The delivery date was rescheduled with out notifications to the veteran that the new delivery was scheduled for January 9, 2026. In the mean time, the veteran can not do laundry because he don't have a washer or dryer, and he can nor afford a laundry mat to wash his clothes. Best buy needs to go out of business if the keep treating u s veterans and any other customers like they treated the US veteran.

Love this place great People an Asian guy I think his name is qudrik not sure but he helped me out I thought him and his manger are professionals I bought an air fryer and PS portable and pretty satisfied thank you guys

Literally the worst experience I've ever had with Best Buy! My delivery has been canceled 3 times now due to 'special requirements' and is now stuck because the delivery team hasn't changed the status from "out for delivery" and there is nothing they can do about it for another 3-5 business days even though the order is almost a month old already. I have had zero contact from anyone while trying to fix the issue and I can only ever reach a call center and ever call gives me different information and tells me the last rep gave me false information.
