I submitted my laptop to be fixed by their geek squad, and they said that it was broken enough that they had to send it to the factory and that it would take no more then 4 weeks and that they would regularly update me on the progress. However, when four weeks came and went with no updates, I went in to see what was going on and they said that they didn’t have the parts they needed for my laptop so they were just going to hold onto it indefinitely. I rely on that laptop for both my college classes and for work, so I planned accordingly by dropping it off when I had a long enough break in between studies and work. However because of Best Buy’s actions, I’m losing money every day their late both from work and college that I can’t do.
