I purchased three TVs for my children along with warranties that supposedly cover accidental damage. However, when I brought in a broken TV for repair, I was given conflicting information over the course of four weeks. Initially, I was told it was covered, then I was informed it wasn't available, than was told they were going to replace it witha new one than when I arrived to pick it up the guy said “oh yeah Ashley” he proceeded to go in the back... Than comes out and tells me my warranty didn't cover the damage. Furthermore, I was promised in-store credit that was never provided.

I was excited to visit best buy and in front he wellcame me and ask what I need and I told him and he say he sent someone to help me and I was waiting for 12 minutes and the was chill and I leave and never back there , why in front ask me if no one shwo !!!
