Lovely staff and a great store, but the experience gets dragged down by management’s priorities. It feels like there’s an aggressive quota hanging over every visit, because I get asked about credit cards or memberships almost every single time I walk in. Instead of feeling welcomed, it starts to feel like being badgered into a sales pitch, which really undercuts how good the team and the space could otherwise feel.

Friendly staff. Needed some understanding on appliances I'm buying they helped through understanding what I need and what I should look for.
Had the cable i needed in a pinch
