I have been a loyal customer of Best Buy in Alderwood for some time now, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. When I visited the store to purchase RAM, I encountered a sales associate named Jason, who made me feel incredibly unwelcome. Instead of assisting me with my purchase and answering my questions, he treated me like a criminal. This is not the kind of service I expect from a store I have shopped at many times before without any issues. I hope Best Buy addresses this behavior to ensure other customers do not have to go through a similar experience.

Ordered a laptop to be picked up at the Lynnwood location, arrived there after work just to be told that the order was cancelled without any notification and they wouldn’t price match the online price on any of the 9 units that they had for sale in store. The MOD could have easily made the exception as a one time adjustment for customer satisfaction but chose to just shrug it off and not do the right thing because of their screw up.

I am really disappointed with my delivery and installation cancelled the night before they were supposed to give the time of delivery. I purchased 3 items on 11/28/2024, scheduled the delivery date and installation 12/7/2024, instead I get a message 12/6/2024 @8:30pm, asking me to reschedule and the only option I got was 12/19/2024. On 12/7/2024 I walked to the store to talk to someone only to be told they can’t help but to reschedule with no explanation as to why it was cancelled in the first place! Waiting for delivery 3 weeks for items I have paid fully + service fees is unacceptable. Thank you for the poor service!
