If there was a zero star option I’d give them that rating. I purchased a sound bar with home installation a couple weeks ago. Twice this week my install has been scheduled and both times the Geek Squad tech was a no show. Both times I received automated texts from BB that my delivery was scheduled and was given a delivery window. Today I even received a text with a more specific window from the tech and then she failed to show up. She claimed when I reached out that “I was removed from her route”. Then she referred me to a national number where they have no clue and no ability to contact the local store. It’s beyond incompetent. I resolved it by driving to the store and picking up my sound bar, canceling the install. I will never do business with Best Buy again.

Terrible. We wanted to shop for a host of electrical and electronic appliances for our new house but their salespeople were more interested in standing around chatting amongst themselves. I went up to their floor manager 3 times to ask for help in answering questions about the appliances we liked, waited for over an hour but no one showed up. Thank you BestBuy for convincing me to go with Costco.

A little hard to find help but otherwise was a good experience
