Never ever get a Best Buy membership and credit card. The store reps here will push this on you and I highly regret being nice and doing this. They will put the membership fees onto the Best Buy credit card, which if you don't activate and deal with it, the $40 membership fee will grow to hundreds and be sent to collections, impacting your credit score. They also don't bother sending you any notices through the mail about this. This is a highly irresponsible corporate practice pushing customers to take on their membership whose fees on automatically added to the Best Buy credit card without making it clear this is the case. A complete quicksand type trap. Avoid at all costs.

I needed help with my pixel book and found the geek squad. Within thirty minutes they had it all figured out + showed me how they worked it! I did not have an appointment and they recommended that next time I make an appointment so that I didn't need to wait. Highly recommend them!!

Been coming to Best Buy for decades, last two purchases within last couple of months. I was not asked to input my phone number for either which allows the purchase to be connected with one's phone number, if receipt is lost no problem. Best Buys's new strategy, customer loses receipt no returnsallowed. Unraveling just like everything else these days!! The first purchase was a laptop, I called him on it, I said, hey you didn't ask me for my phone number.He goes oh no problem, so he refunded the first purchase and recharged me so that my purchase could be connected with my phone number. However, it tied up the dollar amount of 2 laptops over the course of an entire weekend. I had no money for food all weekend!!!
