I had a customer service issue but Carlos was able to resolve it for me. Even though I needed to return the product I still will return in the future because the service was good.
Had a wonderful time there, only issue is that they never ever have pokemon cards in stock but that isn't their fault.. Employees were very helpful, one nice young man showed me to the cameras and helped me realize the pros and cons of a few. Even though I decided not to make a purchase, it was a good experience and the store was very clean.
It is absolutely no wonder why Amazon is killing this once great electronics store giant. I tried to buy a joystick today, floor sales person went out of their way to find the device for me. When I went to pay, there were only 2 customers in front of me getting assistance and I saw a 3rd employee with an open register, and asked if he was open to help and he looked confused and then said "no, you need to get in line" so I do, and the guy that was on the floor that went out of his way for me was on the phone, clearly dealing with some return scam chick. So then, I look over at the other employees and 1 of them just finished a transaction, so I walked over to her position only to see her disappear into a backroom or something. waited a few more minutes, and then decided 2 just cut bait and just order from Amazon. Amazon is just a much better experience, and you can actually make purchases from them as opposed to the Lynnwood Best Buy, which makes that an exercise in futility.
Do not buy from Best Buy online! It is a scam. They don't ship products on time and they refuse to refund your money! They lied to me via their chat. I have neither the product nor my money.
