seldom shop at a Best Buy. In fact I have only been to 2 locations. The staff was eager to look at my phone problem and answer my questions. But more excited about getting to sell a new phone and plan. These cell phones are pricey here as well

Guy in the back at the laptop section was rude and condescending. We asked him one question about a surface pro and he was acting like I asked him to handover his life savings.

Staff is very aggressive and comes up to you even when you want to shop undisturbed. Don't stock a lot of stuff in store anymore so you have to online order, come to the storefront, and then decide if what was delivered is what you actually wanted.
