Salesmen had expert knowledge .
I forget the employees names who helped me, but I fear I was that ONE customer. I unfortunately was very inconvenient and complicated with my transaction. I bought an 800 dollar laptop and paid with cash (20s) and they were very patient about it. Then I realized I wanted the upgraded version and wanted to exchange it and pay half in cash and the rest on the card. There was no attitude about it at all, I work in customer service and personally, I’d be huffing and puffing at a customer like me. They were extremely helpful and patient and didn’t make it seem like it was a big deal or inconvenient even though I know it was. They also have great sales, better than Costco. These guys rock and I’ll be using this Best Buy from now on. I hope these staff earn commission because they sure do deserve it.
