Do NOT go to Best Buy geeksquad. I went in to get a simple battery replacement and after being told only 15 more minutes for 3.5 hours they gave me my phone back. HOWEVER, they broke part of the phone and after over a week I STILL haven't gotten a replacement phone from them. They had to take the phone of mine they broke so that they could order a new one. They said they would overnight me the replacement phone ( I don't live in town and went to get the battery replaced by an authorized apple dealer while on vacation.) Day 1 they broke my phone, day 2 I went in and 4.5 hours later they said it was their fault they broke my phone and said they would open a claim to get a new one stating it would arrive in a few days. After those few days I called to check on the status of the new phone. They said the order wasn't completed and the new phone wasn't ordered. I was leaving town the following morning so I purchased a temporary phone in order to have something until the new phone was delivered. The manager, Nathan, promised to overnight me the new phone. I got an email a couple days after this saying the phone was ready to pick up and yet after a week of waiting I have yet to receive a tracking number or the new phone. After walking in for a simple battery replacement they broke my phone and haven't given me a replacement. They tried to get me to take the problem to apple however apple said that because Best Buy broke the phone I had to go through them. Im beyond irritated by the lack of communication and that I still don't have a new phone. The battery replacement was almost 2 weeks ago and I still don't have a good phone.
Update: I did receive my phone and really appreciate the extra effort that the manager, Nathan provided me.

I love the wide variety of items available here, but the layout of the store is even more chaotic than it was during my last visit a year ago. I can understand that people tend to buy more if they have to search for what they want, but more signage would make the shopping experience less stressful.
Came in for a portable speaker. The employee was very helpful in clarifying the difference in features between a few options but I ultimately purchased the Sony. I’m very happy with my purchase as it comes with its own app and many customizable settings.
