Horrible experience with tv mount service and avr purchase. Non responsive staff when installation is going haywire. The person who set me up for installation did not respond at all to stop and try to salvage the installation. They had it outsourced it to a third party instead of geek squad coming for tv mount and avr installation. They had scraped my new media stand when setting up avr. Crew left with smudges all over the tv after mounting. Very unprofessional team at Lynwood Best Buy. I could have easily hired a some one from Craigslist who would have done a way better job for lesser price for tv mount and avr setup
