A Disappointing Experience at Best Buy Outlet - Lynnwood
I am not one to usually pen down reviews, but my recent experience at Best Buy Outlet - Lynnwood has left me no choice but to share my ordeal. I made a significant purchase from them, which included two washers and a refrigerator, among other items. Regrettably, the entire experience was anything but smooth.
Firstly, the delivery of my refrigerator was delayed by a staggering three weeks due to an error on their part. They had incorrectly noted down the delivery address, which led to a frustrating and unnecessary delay. I had to take multiple days off from work, make over ten calls, and invest a considerable amount of time to rectify this issue. This level of service is far from what I expected from a reputed brand like Best Buy.
The problems, unfortunately, didn't end there. One of the washers I purchased was completely non-functional right out of the box. While I understand that products can occasionally be defective, the subsequent events were even more disappointing. When I returned the faulty washer, not a single apology was offered for the inconvenience of selling me a non-functional washer and causing me to take another day off to return it.
On the same day, I decided to purchase a replacement washer and planned to use the $25 gift card (which I had received on my initial order due to the large amount of my purchase) towards this new purchase. However, to my surprise, they retracted the $25 gift card I had received. The manager justified this by stating that since I returned the initial washer, I was no longer entitled to the gift card. I tried to explain that I was not returning the washer out of choice, but because it was defective in the first place. My pleas, however, fell on deaf ears. The manager even had the audacity to suggest that it was my fault for not using the warranty to repair the washer. I was under the impression that I was purchasing a functional washer, not a defective one that needed immediate repairs. The manager's lack of customer service skills and empathy was truly shocking.
My experience with Best Buy was far from satisfactory. The delivery error, the defective product, and the unfair treatment over the gift card issue have left a sour taste in my mouth. I expected a much higher level of service and customer care from a brand like Best Buy. I sincerely hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to their service. Until then, I would advise potential customers to think twice before making a large purchase from Best Buy.

Bought AirPods, wasn’t told that they’re refurbished therefor they are not covered under my Best Buy protection plan…oh but I can pay $200 to have them fixed.
Now I have a $180 paperweight from Apple.
I went there to look for a refridgerator.
They have sooooo so many options, sizes and brands. Maybe 3 quarters of floors filled with refridgerators.

He is "The Fridge Guy".
I would give Ron ☆☆☆☆☆ customer service. I am especially impressed with Ron customer service. It is hard to find a person with great service mind like Ron F.
This is a good place to look for a great deal for a refridgerator.
