The number you’re given for this location doesn’t direct you to a staff member but a call center somewhere else. And if they give you any information that’s incorrect the staff here will tell you “tough luck” because it wasn’t them you talked to.
TWO customer service representatives checked and confirmed with me and my fiance that there would be 1) A preorder for Final Fantasy Magic cards starting today June 26th and 2) The Collector Booster Box released tomorrow June 27th.
I drove over 1hr 30min to this location to be told there is no preorder and there is no collector product dropping tomorrow.
When I talked to customer service I was told that it’s not their problem and there was no solution they can offer to make up for their two staff lying/making a mistake in information.
NO staff members, in person or over the phone, was able to do anything for me or offer any kind of solution.
The Best place to Buy a thing that you bought online but do store pickup. They scanned a code and brought me my thing, 5/5 no issues.
Employees have little to no knowledge of the products they sell.
