Customer service is crap. They don’t stand by their products. Won’t do anything to help fix products they sell even when purchased less than a year ago and have the receipt to show.

I came in prepared to buy. All 3 items not available in stock and would be needed to order. This is why box stores are irrelevant. Better to just order online and have it shipped.
