The wait for a scheduled appointment was not what I was expecting. I stood at the counter for more than 1 hr with no one in front of me, prior to being approached by the staff. Probably should be 1 star.
I had a fantastic experience at Best Buy in Olympia, thanks to Ryder and Sky. They helped me upgrade to the iPhone 17 Pro Max and guided me through becoming an authorized user with AT&T. Despite some delays caused by AT&T's fraud department, Sky remained attentive while assisting other customers and kept me updated throughout the process. Their patience and professionalism turned a potentially frustrating experience into a positive one. If you need assistance, definitely seek out Ryder and Sky—they're a great team!
Guy at the front checkout counter was nice and informative. Brady? In electronics seemed disinterested and offputting when dealing with me. Seemed like he was in a rush to get me away and annoyed I was there while making a purchase from him. 🤷♂️
