Great service from DJ. Really helpful
In person, BestBuy is kind and helpful. Online, scheduling is limited and frustrating.
I went in the store to check out TV mounts and speakers. Ordered the TV. TV mount and speakers along with installation services. They told me that installation and delivery system is down and I will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours . I bought this on a Friday, received an email to schedule delivery and installation was not available and please contact customer service. I called customer service and they told me that they cannot even schedule installation and delivery because there were no delivery services in my area however, the store associate told me we will be able to deliver and installation with additional cost which I did pay for. I have bought from Best Buy many times and this is the last time that I will do it. I canceled my order and will not buy from Best Buy again.

I was in shortly before 5pm on Saturday, February 28th 2026. After wandering around a bit, I asked an employee if they had Panini NFL cards. The employee said yes, behind customer service. So we walked over there and then this person proceeded to act in a very disappointing and gross classically misogynistic manner. He asked if the cards were for my husband or boyfriend. He tried to pass me a box of college cards. He and his coworker scoffed when my friend questioned why the stock didn’t reflect what we saw online for this location.
All in all, it was like meeting face to face with a bunch of lonely, dangerous incel men who complain about women in chat rooms and think women are silly and beneath them. I’d hate to see how those guys treat younger women and teenage girls who come in looking for something for a hobby and walk away feeling belittled or scared by the people working at this location. Bad vibes all around and I’ll never go in here again.
