Made a service apt to have my phone battery replaced. It’s the closest place to have the work done, even though it’s an hour and a half away. I showed up early, and was told they didn’t have any techs that could do it, as they were all off in 15 minutes. Meaning, the time scheduled for the repair was never going to work. They were absolutely remorseless, and just blamed their system. God awful customer service. It was a three hour round trip wasted. Absolutely garbage.
