Horrible service. Called Best Buy to have a battery replaced on iPhone, was told if not instock they’ll order one and I’ll come back 3-5 days to have it installed. Showed up and was told they’d have to keep my phone for two weeks. I called Apple and they said that’s not true and that other repair centers order them all the time without holding a customers phone. Took me 45 minutes to drive there too. Horrible store, horrible service. Thankfully from the looks of how vacant the store is now should only be a matter of time until they’re gone.

This is a review of Best Buy Corporate policy, not this store-- the only reason I'm giving even one star is because the staff was really helpful. I purchased a sound bar less than a month ago, along with the extended protection. During the Superbowl halftime show we noticed the volume stopped going up at a certain point-- we could keep turning it up on the bar but it wouldn't actually go up. The last few days when watching TV at a normal volume the sound bar would randomly turn itself up to a really high volume; this happened multiple times so I brought it back to the store today. I was a little surprised at the 15 day return policy, I haven't encountered that before but I wasn't worried because I had purchased the extended protection. But of course nothing is ever easy so here I am, home without a new soundbar because they could not return or exchange it, even with the purchased extended protection. Instead I'll be waiting 2-4 weeks to see if it can be repaired and if not I will be given store credit. I have no clue why this is a good business practice for Best Buy, or how it actually works out for them-- why would I want store credit when I know I might be waiting a month if something goes wrong with a different product? Why do they think I would ever want to purchase anything from Best Buy again? Do they think I really wanted to take over a half hour out of my day to deal with that and then wait a month to find out if I even have a sound bar? One of the most baffling things is that without the extended protection I'd just be out the cost of the soundbar even though it hasn't even been a month and the item is defective-- how does that make sense?! I'm pretty sure Best Buy can do better. Here's to hoping they're just able to repair it so I don't have to deal with trying to get my money back!

Sammy and Joseph delivered and hooked up our new fridge today. Fantastic job guys! Very friendly and efficient. Hauled away the old fridge and took away all the packing material. Answered my questions and made me a happy customer.
