Service was great but the techs forgot to remove the film on the protective case and it had to be taken apart again

I usually have such great service here and now I wish I posted about that. I will next time. But in the meantime this is a negative review. I went to go purchase a laptop and the man helping me was awful. This was yesterday 11/12/2024. Rude, zero helpful. Anyway I left there, called 4th dimension and will be buying a laptop from them. I might even go back to best buy obviously avoiding that guy. I've just always had such great service I'm chalking this up to a one off
