I had a very disappointing experience with Best Buy. I ordered a KEF center speaker that was listed as available for store pickup about 53 miles (1.5 hours) from my home. Before driving, I called BestBuy, placed the order over the phone, confirmed my credit card was charged, saw the order in my account, and confirmed multiple times that the item was ready for pickup.
Despite all these confirmations, when I arrived at the store, the manager told me the product was not in stock. I then spent over an hour on the phone with customer service, was transferred three times, and the only resolution offered was a refund.
In total, I wasted over four hours of my day due to inaccurate inventory information and poor coordination between customer service and the store. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. If Best Buy values customer time and experience, this situation shows a serious gap. I will be reconsidering future purchases from BestBuy and sharing this experience with others.

Excellent customer service from the employees! I was greeted when I walked in and an employee directed me right to the item I was looking for. No waiting in line to check out! Great experience, especially right before Christmas 🎄

Was able to browse and look for what I needed without being constantly ambushed by employees trying to upsell me. But when I needed assistance it was easy to find. Great experience all around.
