Unable to order anything from them if online if mail isn't delivered directly to your home. Best Buys policy didn't allow the store manager or the IT team to override and address issues even when proovided with a relative's home address, so they were not able to perform any helpful tasks either. Since this is the case, I would never trust them to address any tech issues. Just to reiterate, I was told this was policy, not an employee caused issue.
Had what I wanted in stock, but had to hear about all the other more expensive options before I was able to get what I wanted when I walked in the door. The up selling wasted about twenty minutes while checking on stock that I had verified online before leaving. Not bad overall but don't be in a hurry.
