Great place to get some help. Just watch out for that credit card push and membership push. As someone who's worked with best buy, there's a lot of catches with the membership. And the credit card has no value that you won't get from just a bank and they teach their employees ways to practice and manipulate customers. It was policy that they have to pitch it to get a rejection 3 times. And some of practices include the FOMO effect, urgentcy, and regret. This is with all best buy stores. It's a company wide strategy. Now most employees will not follow this to the books because the moral ones know it's scummy. And that's what I loved about these guys, they even go to their management/leaders and exaggerate their customer interactions to avoid "coaching" so cut them some slack. Unfortunately it's not going to change unless it gets out, but this is considered confidential information. So it's mostly hush hush. If you go to the store. Understand, the employees really do like helping. And are good people. The company just likes to grind down their moral compass to profit as much as possible

They were great! Bought the wrong type of laptop and they allowed us to return and we purchased the proper laptop with no issues!
The staff was extremely attentive and knowledgeable.
