i was asked if i needed help finding anything when i walked in so i asked the greeter to locate what i was looking for. he pointed toward car audio but offered nothing further to help. turns out the item i was looking for is not even available in the store, well at least i couldn’t find it and not a single employee asked if i needed help beyond that. i found what i needed on amazon and bought it there

Fast and quick didn’t have exactly what I was looking for but settled for a similar item and my old gift card or cash back from return purchase? cashier couldn’t get it to work but employee dialed it in and saved me 33 bucks that was on it. Thank you

Drove from Everett to Puyallup to pick up a tv via curbside/online order. When I was on my way to best buy the order change to in-store only. I arrived 3 minutes after the store closing and spoke with (who I believe was the manager) and briefly explained my situation and I was turned away. I understand that the store was closed but the doors where still open with customers inside. The whole transaction would have taken a few minutes and I'd would been on my way. Horrible customer service. Lots of money spent with best buy and a loyal customer lost.

Appliance purchase made easy. Helpful staff. Good options.
