Today I was in Best Buy, I’ve been need a help to found the regular mouse and usb-c to usb adapter. I’ve been ask about help, and this guy give me a wrong one adapter (usb to usb-c). Also that guy trying to sell me most expensive mouse what they have, after I 5 times said that I just need super regular cheap mouse for general tasks. Not for gaming, just for general easy tasks. I asked few times and he just said “oh you can choose any”. I came at home and just there I realized what he sold to me. I was so mad and came to that store. No one want to help to found that Napster what I need. So I found it by myself. It was only one dirty, ripped box. I go to costumer service with those 2 and asked about exchange and if it possible to found clean box or alternative. Girl on costumer service said that she have only this one from that company and did exchange. She open box for me to show that adapters is in box. When she touch the box she feel something sticky on her hands and left to use sanitizer, but I’ve been felt same sticky stuff in that box, and they don’t have sanitizers. I just got that dirty ripped box and walked away. I don’t like that situation. It is my first negative experience with Best Buy, and I don’t want that situation happened again. Please keep an eye on everything, because consultants don’t care what you need.

Bought a record player there 30 days ago. Record now plays at half speed no matter what. They have a 15 day return policy, but a 90 day if you’re part of their special little Best Buy club. That’s gross and scummy. Won’t ever purchase another thing from Worst Buy 👎🏻
