Ordered online 2 hours ago, said it would be ready for pickup within an hour. Wasn’t ready. Associates in the front wouldn’t do anything to facilitate it even though it was available in store. Everyone I spoke to there was just lazy and unhelpful.

My sister Trish walked in the store to look for a cellphone holder for her car and she asked a staff by the name of Bryan for assistance and he did an amazing job he recommended the popular phone holder for car and it works super perfectly he should get a raise

Many Best Buy customers complaints relate to customer service, but I'd have to say with this store, these guys genuinely put in the effort to get you taken care of. I come in often for new camera equipment or upgrades to my daily tech, and I've always been offered help and it's always by someone who seems to know what they're talking about.
I recently got a bum laptop from the Auburn location, and these guys figured out what was wrong and literally slid me a far better laptop. Bigger, faster, better screen, better material, and they even shaved a bit off the top for me. Since then I've come back numerous times for gear and have had nothing but the best service.
These guys know what they're doing and in my experience, will genuinely assist you. If they don't have an answer to something, they don't guess, they ask a more experienced colleague. They also don't mind a chat which is nice 😎 very good Best Buy.
