Fabulous, love Best Buy, especially the Geek Squad, if you have a computer, phone, laptop or anything I'd recommend strongly that you get this. We signed up for it a few months ago and have already saved a couple thousand dollars!
Needed to get a phone screen protector, but they didn't have any for my phone.
Was just in there for 20 minutes and it seems none of the employees want to make sales for the company. Dude at the door asked if I needed help. Told him I wanted an Apple mouse for my computer. He pointed me in the direction and said he would call some one! Sounds great! After waiting 15 minutes by the Apple mouse behind the glass I walked back up to the front to inform the greeter that there was no one back there. He apologized and said he would call for them again. After 5 minutes of waiting I just left my time is more valuable than sitting and waiting for nothing. This used to be my favorite Best Buy but I guess I will have to find another one. 0 stars
