Good store. But I came to buy DJI Neo, it is on the display. But it is not available. I don't understand this...
Had to get my PC fixed and it was insured under geek squad. So I went there with my dad to get it fixed. They sent it all the way to KENTUCKY to diagnose it. Turns out, it was a CPU problem. and I had to wait 2 months to get my CPU fixed, something that could have been done here. 2 and a half months go by and I get it back. A month later, the same issue is occurring, they didn't even fix my PC.

Came here the other day after calling this location to hear that they had a couple of pokemon sets (elite trainer boxes, and pack collections, etc. of Journey Together and Prismatic Evolutions) in store with a couple of my friends. We showed up, went to the customer service desk, and shocker! Nothing was in stock! I don’t understand how your customer service line tells us that you have SEVERAL different sets in stock, and yet to have the balls to then tell us that you somehow have “nothing”. The customer service is absolute dog shit as per usual. If I were anybody out there in the gaming community, I wouldn’t even bother wasting your time or your money on these people because once again, I have been frustrated by your employees who don’t even give a damn about their customers. Thanks for nothing!

Went in to purchase an Asus gaming laptop, as I found a good deal on an open box option at this location. The laptop was considered "Good" condition. So, I purchase it online, schedule for pick up and bring it back home. Upon unboxing, some of the internal packaging was missing, but this is expected for their "Good" condition category. But then, when removing the laptop itself from the packaging, it was extremely dirty, had dents on the back of the screen, and the trackpad was literally coming off of the laptop (see image). The fact that they sold this laptop at all, let alone listed as "Good" condition is extremely concerning. I then went to return it the following day at my local Best Buy. They took one look at it and said they wouldn't be selling it at all, and it clearly needs to be repaired. Upside is that customer service was excellent in relation to my brief pickup experience.
