Went in to look at and order a new freezer. Very few stores have freezers to look at (just refrigerators). We knew what we wanted and we're able to order it with a within-week delivery. Marty took care of our order and did a great job.
The minute I walked I received the exact help I needed . Then when I wanted to look at another product. A camcorder, I was given the exact information. Finally, Sky was so very hind and helpful. Thank you all.
He helped me with the purchase of a cell phone. Explain, the difference did not try to push the high price cell phones. Explain that there's not many different features between a $1000 or 700 is just on the updates.
I came and got what I needed with my mom while she shopped for my dad on the side, halfway through the store a man asked if we needed help and we politely declined. Then he followed us very closely which made us quite uncomfortable while browsing. I turned to ask my mom if we were ready to go and as I turned around the man following us radioed something in very quietly, we checked out and the cashier wouldn’t speak to us, and the man who was at the door did not say bye but also radioed something in quietly. Once we got out to the car an employee ran out of the store almost looking like he was looking for us? I don’t know but honestly it was the weirdest and most uncomfortable experience I've ever had at this location. Maybe everyone there is collectively having a bad day? But I can’t say I’m willing to come back to this location again after that.
5/5/2026 Update from this last review-
Apparently my mom’s transaction didn’t go through when we first shopped here. Instead of telling us the transaction didn’t go through when we were there and having her re run her card they tagged her in their security system as a thief, she went back today to use the bathroom and browse the Legos. She was met by a police officer and detained while being treated like absolute crap and like a thief. This entire thing could’ve been avoided if they would’ve told us the transaction didn’t go through? But instead they basically pulled a weird entrapment type of stunt. Will definitely never be returning to any Best Buy location after this.
