BEWARE THE BEST BUY PROTECTION PLAN IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1 star because I can’t do zero. These guys are liars and scammers the sales guys tell you anything just to make a buy we have spent plenty of money through out the last couple years. Not even a year ago We purchased a PS5 with all the accessories plus the Best Buy protection we were told that it would cover everything for the entire year. Of course we try to return an item that never even worked, thinking we were just not getting it right we called in a tech guy to help and he couldn’t even fix the problem. So after giving it a second chance that didn’t work I decide to reach out to Best Buy to get a new pair and or my money back on a brand new not refurbished $150 item ANDDD of course long and behold the protection plant does not cover anything except “they’ll try to fix the item” that’s not what I was told you can’t lie to people just to make a sale!!!!! At this point I will shop Costco and Amazon before Best Buy!!! I will never shop Best Buy again!!!!!

This shop is a scam. I bought a PC in Puyallup. It broken and wanted it to be repaired. I paid for membership service. But they didn’t fix it. Now I can’t even get an appointment for repair. I paid for the laptop , membership for nothing. It was all a waste of money.

Absolutely love this store! The staff is always super helpful and friendly, and I can always find the latest tech at great prices. Can't beat their selection and customer service!

Zero stars. I bought a LG 86” tv on 5/25/26. I opened the box at home to find that the Best Buy of Puyallup, Wa sold me a broken tv. I tried to contact the store for an exchange and was given the run around for 1 hour and 45 mins from the phone number posted on their website. I never talked to an employee from the Puyallup Best Buy but instead I was talking to telemarketers from different countries. Ultimately Best Buy wanted to charge me more money for their incompetence. I decided to return instead of exchange due to the unprofessionalism of Best Buy. If you are reading this review… DO NOT shop at Best Buy. The business/ company is going out of business for a reason and that reason is due to their lack of care of their customers, the companies incompetence and unprofessionalism. Worst experience of my life and I deployed to Afghanistan. Avoid all Best Buy’s especially the one in Puyallup, Wa. Thanks for stealing an hour and 45 mins of my life on your trash phone system. I just received a fake concerned reply from Best Buy. No resolution just fake concern with no results. This was a pathetic attempt to look like they care about their customers. DO NOT fall for this scam! DO NOT shop at Best Buy!
