I had a great experience at Best Buy while purchasing two monitors, a computer, and several accessories. Nasir helped us, and he was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He gave us plenty of space to look around and take our time, but he also stayed close enough to answer questions whenever we needed him. We never felt rushed or ignored, even though we took a bit longer to decide. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at an electronics store. Thanks to Nasir for making the whole process smooth and stress-free! I’ll definitely be returning.

I went to this store on Sunday November 9 2025 they treat me really bad customer service the person working for Samsung tv company he's terrible terrible customer service I will neaver go to this store again

Very mixed experiences at this store. First - do not take e waste here. What they accept depends on who's working there. I've wasted more than one trip here to drop off stuff that They Get Paid to recycle like light bulbs. I came in another time to look at TCL Android TVs and the sales person started talking about Sony and Samsungs (which doesn't have android tv) and then started showing me Roku and fire stick tv. I asked again to see TCL TV's and he showed me TV's bigger than I was interested in. Instead I just went to Costco to look at theirs
