If you plan on going in there to make a return you had better make sure you took the whole afternoon off work because the customer service people are unbelievably slow..... I was in line for almost 45 minutes and I was only the 3rd person in line.

Not recommended at all. First, I wandered around for a long time before someone finally asked me if they could help me find something. I needed an external CD drive that I could plugin to my Mac. The young man who helped me find the drive looked at the box and said the adapter I had picked up should work great. For whatever reason, I didn’t trust it. So I pulled everything out in my car. Sure enough, the adapter would NOT work. I went back inside and was greeted by a young man who asked if he could help me with anything. When I said yes, he was obviously not expecting me to say yes. He actually couldn’t leave his station at the front door. He tried calling someone to help me. I made my way over to the adapters and was trying to explain I needed a different adapter. The young man helping me that time had a hard time wrapping his head around the adapter situation. During both visits, I was surprised at how many staff members were hanging out and talking to each other, but some were working. Unfortunately, I didn’t find anyone here to be especially helpful. After my visit, I wasn’t surprised that so many Best Buys are being closed. ☹️

Laura at the Puyallup location off Meridian is the BEST! Malik, too. Go to them if you have any needs, especially gaming or TVs!!
