Poor check-out set up, which led directly to poor customer experience. All three lines ending at the same place isn't as effective as it sounds. For example, waiting for at least 5 minutes in the "online orders" line just to get cut off by the general check-out line. The cashier ignored me when I tried to speak up, and played it off when I brought it up again at my checkout that he let his friend cut in front of me, so maybe the cashier simply isn't trained in customer service and was just filling in. Either way, not a pleasant experience.
It depends on who helps you. Some
People are great. Others downright nasty.
This location has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve gone here several times and every time, I am reminded that everyone who works here is either incompetent or uninterested in doing their job. Sooo many people working, but nobody to help. That guy at the front door who asks you if you need help - he’ll be sure to not help you.
Fake price match horrible customer service. Doesnt price match xboxs with microsoft???
