One of the worst experiences purchasing a washer and dryer. Absolutely do not try to order washer dryers from best buy, go literally anywhere else. Best Buy/Geek Squad schedules all the appointments separately - delivery, installation, haul away - so we had people come to our house to install but the washer dryer had a different delivery date. They then changed delivery dates multiple times, nothing lined up, they kept bumping the delivery date out by 5-7 days. Best Buy customer service did not know what was going on, nor did Geek Squad, no one on their end seemed to communicate at all, the delivery/installation chain seems completely broken. 0/10 would never recommend purchasing Washer/Dryers through best buy, one of the worst customer experiences I have ever seen. Go anywhere else.
