I don't mind waiting when people are busy, and I know that the Geeks hang out near the registers, but there were literally 8 people standing around while one person was at the cash register. The return process they appeared to be engaged in was stalled out and it took them at leat five minutes to say, "Someone will be with you shortly." That didn't happen. I'm forced into the jungle...
This was a good visit. We were acknowledged right away, and the representative was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Not bad. They ask you if you need help way too often. I've been in here twice this week, both for about 10 minutes a piece, and I got approached by about 4 different people each time. Some of them more than once. If I want help, then I'll ask.
