They always ask if they can help out with a product, and even with the small stuff they treat it like it is a big ticket item. That's why I continue to shop at Best Buy for most of my electronics.
Inhouse car Install services are a joke. Super inconvenient, poor communication, no accountability and total lack of any organization. Have had two appointments scheduled with them to install a dash cam and they have cancelled both. One on the day of several hours before via phone message and one in store at the time of the second appointment without previous notice which was made by kara or karen the manager. One last try before I return the product and go elsewhere.
