Bought a computer about 6 months ago for school. When come home and set it up I had many malfunctions like the WiFi not working because the chip was missing! I called and they said to bring the computer in as it was still under the warranty. Once I brought the computer in, they said it would be ready in few weeks. Well it’s been two weeks and no computer. I called them and had to go in and they couldn’t even give me a solution for the mean time! Even the manager didn’t know anything or how to help. They said a regional manager will reach out to us in few hours, but I haven’t heard anything yet. This is so frustrating!! They said it would be ready by the 12th-13th and it’s not and they don’t even know where it is or what’s happening to it. My school has started and I have no way of doing my college assignments. Won’t buy any electronics from them again! Bad customer service as in they don’t know how to help or are not educated in electronics. Won’t recommend buying a $1,000 computer from here, go somewhere else if you plan on spending that much!

Went in to buy a dashcam...no one was there to assist UNTIL I was getting ready to leave. No price on the Dashcam I was interested in as well. Workers too busy talking with each other.

After multiple phone calls, couldn’t figure out how to actually get in touch with the store so maybe this will work. After buying a new tv and spending roughly $400 on a mounting service (not including the mount itself), my delivery and install was scheduled 10 days out. Received an email confirming the appointment and giving me a precise 4 hour window the morning of the appointment. Fast forward to the tail end of the appointment window, my appointment was some how needing to be rescheduled. Soonest they could reschedule (unknown cancellation), was another 9 days out…. Zero explanation, zero assistance with discount or anything. It’s been a while since I’ve had to buy a TV and I will be sure to do everything possible to never go through Best Buy services/scheduling again. Terrible customer service. Couldn’t even get a phone call that my appointment was being cancelled.

I went in to get a patch cord. One employee told me the cord I wanted was "over there" and pointed in a general direction. I went there. There were some cords, but most of the product placement was empty. I don't know if this was a stocking problem, but nobody seemed to care. Despite being within a few feet of four chatting employees, no one helped me. I couldn't locate what I needed and ended up leaving empty handed. I ended up buying the cord on line.
