From personal experience, if you need to buy something it’s ok to come here but if you need to deal with customer service I STRONGLY making the drive to Tacoma. The Best Buy there actually cares about keeping customer relationships.
The associates I’ve talked to at silverdale are nice but the atmosphere as a whole does not feel like they have the customers interest at heart. On multiple occasions over the years I have tried to do a price match at silverdale where I am still within the return window but due to finding the sale price after hours and the sale ending before I can make it into the store, this location has made the excuse that they can only price match current sales even though the sale just ended the day before and there was nothing I could do to price match it the day before due to it being after store hours. For multiple times of silverdale making this excuse not to price match even though it’s not my fault I didn’t sooner since I did attempt to, they have shown me why retailers are hurting and going out of business because online interactions are becoming easier to deal with.
Went in looking for car speakers. Got some help on the floor but got a LOT of help from the guy (w/m- tattoos- I forgot his name) in the installation area. He set us up with a better fitting set of speakers, ordered what we needed for installation and got us an appointment pretty quickly. Hope installation goes this well!
I purchased a guaranteed screen saver for my phone 1000 miles away from this store. After getting many scratches on the screen saver, I brought it in to this store. It was promptly replaced by a young gal who did a great job!
