I was impressed with how the warehouse workers handled the merchandise there. No throwing around freight. They put your item into your car with precision and care! Highly recommend.
Terrible experience. Waited over 2 hours just to receive a BOL copy after dropping my container. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for drivers’ time. Management seriously needs to address this issue.
What an absolute garbage experience. After driving 3+ hours to pick up the part they left out of my delivery (the one I spent thousands of dollars on) I went in to the “Visitor Entrance” you know, where you’d enter while visiting. Asked if there was a restroom I could use in this middle-of-nowhere industrial complex and was told over a speaker “can’t let you in the building” then he took his finger off the little call box button and went about his way. After being a lifelong Best Buy customer and each experience getting a little more and more lame, this was it.
I will never give Best Buy a penny again. I only need a business to tell me I don’t matter as a customer so many times before I listen. Costco and Amazon beat them every time anyway, I just always tris to stay loyal to the businesses I used and treated well. Customer service has went all the way out the window with this company and this customer just followed them out that window.
P.S. I was a solid customer. Over $4k on Christmas gifts and I’ve already dropped over $7k this year and it is only February. Thanks for nothing Best Buy.
