When you look through the store to find some one to help you because they work there and know the products, I specifically told the guy I needed a printer scanner combo, black ink and easy to use he sent me home with a brother that is only a printer, and does not have the capability of scanning, if you are going to Best Buy DO NOT DEPEND ON THIER EXPERTISE, because they don't have any, probably better off ding your own research and buying from Amazon because they dont have a restocking fee for an item you already told the sales man you didn't want.
