Honestly unbelievable how bad a shopping experience can go and how a store/employees can turn a fun/exciting moment for people into a series of frustrations so bad that we were better off staying at home and ordering online through amazon, newegg, or b&h video. We picked 3 tv's. The best buy website says all 3 panels are on display, size unimportant and we gave up on seeing the display models within 10 minutes in the store. We waited, walked around in circles for over 20 minutes and no one approached us at all. I have no concept what the problem was. We finally approach staff who tell us they're getting someone who 'knows tv's'. We're met with 3 separate people over the next 20 minutes who all tell us they don't know or work in tv's. I was buying my partner a tv for our anniversary and if she didn't want the instant gratification we would've left & ordered online. We come to Best Buy to literally 'see' things, and get 'advice' from 'sales people' who know more than we do. Otherwise I'm better off doing my week of research at home that we were so excited to talk with someone about & instead just got avoided by the plague like there was a racial component or something and the staff would not talk to my black female friend directly really ever. Think of the message you've sent home in one night. It's incredible how bad this store is and how it's somehow more popular/better than the north town one makes no sense. The staff is so unprofessional, so incapable, i've never seen anything like it. The north town staff would never let people wander in circles aimlessly with a staff to client ratio of easily 3:1 or more for an hour at 5-6pm area. You should be ashamed of yourselves, I am.
Good customer service. You can always find someone to give you help or advice.
Great experience being able to get in and get out pretty quickly. They were unable to price match me even though there was a cheaper price sold and shipped by Amazon due to some sort of price lockout. There are many reasons brick and mortar stores are quickly vanishing, and this is one of them.
I would like to thank Tyler for helping me out. I went in to try and order some Pokemon. He was more than happy to try even though the likelihood was low.
