Used the pick-up/locker option and it was the best thing ever. Love the close parking to get it and my same day pick-up went smoothly and quick.
Do not go if you are going for anything PC related. The stock is awful, smalll and overpriced, and the prebuilts are all awful.

Excellent. Helped us find a laptop that was better than the one we were looking at for the same price.
Absolutely unacceptable experience with Best Buy. I have never experienced customer service this frustrating, especially from a company as large as Best Buy. I purchased an iPad online for pickup at the North Spokane location. When I opened the box, I immediately discovered that the iPad inside was a completely different color than the one that I ordered. It gets worse, though. When I tried to set it up, I discovered that the iPad was managed by a school and was completely unusable. I went back to the North Spokane store approximately an hour after picking it up, expecting this to be a straightforward return. Instead, the supervisor, Derrick, was rude and told me that he couldn’t help me because it was “Apple’s problem.” I was also told that the store manager, Josh, wasn’t there that day. So I went to the Apple Store myself. Apple told me that this was Best Buy’s responsibility and that I needed to return it through Best Buy because Apple couldn’t resolve the issue for me. At that point, I started calling corporate for both companies and was repeatedly sent back and forth between Best Buy and Apple. The entire situation was unbelievably frustrating, especially considering I had received the wrong product in the first place. I returned to the North Spokane Best Buy and was again met with extremely poor customer service. Both Derrick and Josh were rude and refused to help me, insisting that they couldn’t take the iPad back. I was treated disrespectfully, spoken to as if I were at fault, and profiled. I then drove to the Spokane Valley location hoping someone there would resolve the problem. Unfortunately, the supervisor there was also dismissive and unhelpful. After wasting an unreasonable amount of time trying to get a problem resolved that Best Buy created, my fiancée eventually contacted corporate on my behalf. The representative she spoke with confirmed that I could return the iPad to a Best Buy store. Finally, I went to the Coeur d’Alene location, where Kelsie was wonderful. She was friendly, professional, listened to what happened, and actually fixed the problem. She demonstrated exactly what customer service should look like. The fact that I had to visit three different Best Buy locations, contact corporate, go to Apple, and spend hours going back and forth just to return an iPad that Best Buy gave me incorrectly is completely unacceptable. I have already filed a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General’s Office, Division of Consumer Affairs. I am also prepared to pursue legal action so that no one else has to go through this kind of experience. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. The North Spokane and Spokane Valley locations should seriously reevaluate how they treat customers and handle clear errors. The only reason this review isn’t even worse is because Kelsie at the Coeur d’Alene location finally stepped up and fixed what multiple other employees refused to deal with. I strongly recommend checking your device before leaving a Best Buy store, even if the box appears brand new and sealed. Apparently, what’s inside may be an entirely different story.
