My local Spokane Valley Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?
Inventory is constantly updated in stores and on BestBuy.com, especially during the holiday season. Make sure to check back early, and often, in case of a restock.
I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?
We’ll always try our best to accommodate your needs when scheduling a service appointment and would be happy to reserve the most convenient, available appointment slot for you, but for time-sensitive services/installations we recommend that you schedule as far in advance as possible. For vehicle installations, you can view, schedule, check, change or reschedule appointments by visiting Geek Squad® Autotech Reservations. Please keep in mind that demand for appointments around the holidays is so high that appointment slots typically fill up quickly.
What are Best Buy Spokane Valley stores’ holiday hours?
To accommodate your schedule during the holiday rush, many Best Buy stores will be open for extended holiday hours. Some stores may have different hours where required by local ordinances or landlord regulations. Mall-based Best Buy store hours may vary based on mall hours. Had a surprisingly great experience at Best Buy this weekend. My laptop crashed and needed a new hard drive. I knew which one I wanted and arrived at a crowded Best Buy thinking it was going to take a long time to get it. Not the case! I was greeted right at the entrance by an employee who asked what I needed and directed me to the right area of the store. An employee at a counter there also greeted me and asked what I needed. I asked for the hard drive and immediately a third employee had me follow him, he got the item I needed out if a locked cabinet and took me to the check out line. I paid for my purchase and was out the door. I think the total time spent in store was less than 5 minutes! Kudos for their amazing efficiency! I will definitely keep Best Buy at the top of the list for future electronic/computer needs.

Geek Squad is understaffed and unhelpful. Store has lots of inventory and clueless staff. Manager was confrontational and rude, when confronted by reciprocal rudeness became more rude. If I hadn’t already bought items here with warranties I would not be back - but I bought extended warranties and will make them honor them when the products fail. Better to buy online and let this brick and mortar die off
Online Geek Squad sent me to the store with inaccurate information. The store manager told me they have no control over that and that it’s staffed by overseas call centers who send him problems he can’t fix. Obviously not a happy camper kind of guy to badmouth his own company while being rude in his own way. Need to return multiple times and deal with multiple people to resolve even simple issues. Next time I either buy online exclusively or keep it as locally owned and operated as possible.
