The service was awful. I made a purchase on the 9th and got the notice it was ready to pick up on the 15th. So I went after work to pick it up and their system was down. No big deal. I was told I could try back tomorrow and the system would be up and running again or I could try back later today. I wasn't far from the store later in the day si I called customer service to see if it was back up. Didn't want to waste a trip there. Customer service said the called the store and said everything was good to go and I could pick my order up. Went back they told me it was still down. Someone is lying. I encourage people to buy their electronics from someone else. Would give 0 stars.
