Best Buy Spokane Valley

Had EXACTLY what I needed @ a GREAT price

I went into get my cell phone straightened out, and within 15 minutes, it was fixed. The gentleman was really kind.

I used to be a fan of Best Buy, for their excellent service and support- until recently. They have had a change in the way they deliver and the way they conduct business. Gone are the days where customer service matters. We have purchased multiple appliances from Best Buy, and included their warranty with the purchase. I recently purchased 2 refrigerators from the Spokane Valley store, I asked for the doors to be reversed on one of them. I was told it was not a problem. No mention of any charges. At the time of delivery, the now “contract” driver states, “I don’t work for Best Buy, I’m just a contract driver, if I would have known you wanted it reversed, I would have done it outside. You can call Best Buy and they will send someone out to switch the doors for you.” He then proceeded to plug it in and leave. No set up, no removal of packaging, nothing. Compared to the delivery of the other refrigerator- the crew removed all the packaging, set it up, made sure it was functioning. I contacted Best Buy to arrange the change of the doors, they wanted $69 to reverse it. I’m not paying for something that should have been done in the first place. They stated it wasn’t in the notes. On my receipt, it states, “right hand door.” They are now coming to pick up the refrigerator. I can purchase the same one or one similar for the same price. I did try to call the store- you can’t reach anyone there. Calls go to a central number after you go through AI. I emailed the salesman as suggested by him, there has not been an answer in 3 days. I can’t imagine he wasn’t working on a holiday weekend? I don’t know that I will continue buying from Best Buy any longer, they have now become just like any other store, they no longer stand out among the rest except they may have just fallen to the bottom.

For a large corporation, this location must have good managers. Employees are friendly and helpful.
