I usually don't have a negative thing to say, however, I'm highly agitated about the fact that I can't contact to the store by phone. I had a very simple, yet important question regarding some cables mixed into an open box return, I needed to ask. I had to leave a message with the customer service call center for a call back 24-48 hours later. I've already lost 24 hours and will stop by after work, I'm not holding out much hope for getting those back. It sucks because that's money down the drain...Best Buy needs to bring back a way to contact the store directly, even if it's through a screening process with the CS call center.
