I am sitting here at the mobile Samsung desk as I write this. It’s like being at a cellular spa. I have Tyler T., Christopher AND Scott doing everything needed for a new phone for my mom. Transferring all data to her new phone saves us the dreaded trip to Verizon store. Nothing against Verizon but nobody enjoys going there.

The managers Jim & Shawn need to be let go immediately. They watched me get taken around the store for about an hour looking for an item. Once we finally located it and went to ring it up, I was told they can’t honor the online price because the item is not the same price in their system. I showed them the Best Buy app. The item. Matched the sku. Made sure I had “pick up” and the correct store location. They told me I had to place the order for delivery even though I was looking directly at the item. They shouldn’t be in positions of management especially since they don’t have the intellect or customer service skills to properly handle situations that their position requires. MAJOR RED FLAG. Will never do business at that location again.

I went to best buy tonight because I'm looking into getting a phone specifically an unlocked one and Jacob the Macbook advisor was by far the best employee I have ever met. I've never met someone who is customer service in human form. He was super nice and extremely helpful with me and my questions. I have autism and I have a hard time understanding things so I have to have things explained to me in detail and Jacob was amazing in being descriptive and detailed explaining everything to me. I hope this man gets the recognition he deserves for being such a perfect example of how customer service should be.
