I know it. Some of the employees sell items that they don't know what they're selling. And I hate that every time I buy something there and need a refill or some type of product that goes with the item that I'm buying. They can't sell the products to refill or a filter for the fans, it makes no sense. If you can't sell it with the filters or be able to buy filters and why be able to sell fans.

Great service. Their employee, Staci, is always very helpful, positive, and energetic to talk too during returns. She also knows a lot about cameras and is very passionate about photography. This was very helpful in my recent camera finding journey when I didn’t like the adventure camera I had purchased.
We have went to the Valley Best Buy on several occasions and the customer service is absolutely horrific. The associates can’t answer the simplest of questions and when they attempt to they have no clue what they’re talking about. They’re rude and dismissive and just don’t care. I think I’ll take the time to go to the CDA branch and actually get real customer.
