Worst customer service ever. You have to physically go to store to speak to a live person

Dependable and staffed well. Person at door to point you in the right direction
Bought a TV to be delivered and paid extra to pick the day and time to be able to be home for delivery. They were a no show and they lied on the phone saying it was in the vehicle out for delivery at 2:30PM when it was to be delivered by 2PM( screenshot taken). Need to notify the state attorney office that Best Buy is charging for services not rendered.
Or maybe “Bait and Switch”.
Do not tell me to contact you through social media!
I don't think I've ever posted a negative review, but the customer experience here sucks! I was talking with someone to buy a laptop, they got pulled away for some reason, and I was left standing there for 10-15 minutes. Then I see the person that pulled that employee away, helping someone else. Ridiculous.
