Went in this morning for one of the local-only Switch 2 Restocks. Had some trade-in credit I wanted to use. I was told that they don't accept credit in-store. Chatted with support after the fact, and that is not Best Buy policy, nor what I agreed to when I traded stuff in.
Poor customer service. We stood around and felt completely ignored.
