Wow, purchased phone & printer last fall, received a gift card from them as a thank you. 4/11 I go in and get help verifying $$ on card, use it all for ink & added cash. No order yet, I call & said order is canceled because of verification ??? My email address??? So now supposedly instead of sending order i get to wait for another card & check so I can come in again to place my order all over again!!! Great Customer Service there.

Be careful for the manager Katie I was waiting in line with my kid for the prismatic drop and as I walked in first in line they told us it is only one per customer and I had politely asked if I could grab 2 since I had my kid and he counted as a customer she even said yes but once at the register they laughed and then told me I could only grab 1 something about my kid not being able to pay ridiculous honestly especially after already telling me yes and my kid can pay for it on his own

I always have issues with the workers here the charged me to put on a screen when I paid In September I been in their 3 plus times after September and they never charged me what’s the point of The deal of being it their the guy excuse we got a new manager okay and that not my falut as a customer
