They have great open box sales too on many high end items including appliences and pcs. Good selection of parts for computers if you are building or upgrading a system (supply is limited as is the case these days) with few stores carring what you need to build, repair, or upgrade a pc, they are essential to finding your parts and components, including GPU, cpu, ram, coolers and aio systems, thermal paste options, power supplies, and a really good selection of peripherals including mice, keyboards, and headphones to get your setup built the way you like it without ordering online. Staff is usually fairly avaliable to help you get what you need and quick. With less and less stores offering a good selection of electronics and pc parts they are an essential to getting what you want or need for your personal setup from entertainment to office equipment.

I’ve been a loyal shopper at this Best Buy since 2006, and after two decades, I’d settle on a solid 4-star rating. My experience here tends to swing between two extremes: either the service is incredibly insightful, or I feel like I have the plague and can’t get anyone to make eye contact. ​When the service is "on," it’s unbeatable. Recently, I needed a new router. I’ll admit I’m not the most tech-savvy when it comes to networking, but the employee I worked with offered tremendous help and steered me toward the exact solution I needed. Similarly, just last weekend, I went in for a Ninja coffee pot and was greeted immediately with a wealth of information. ​However, the inconsistency can be frustrating. Between those two great experiences, I tried to buy a new laptop and was completely ignored, even when I actively tried to get someone’s attention. I ultimately walked out and bought it elsewhere. ​If I hadn't been shopping here for years, those "invisible" moments might have kept me from coming back. But because I know the potential for epic service is there, I keep returning. It’s the best place in town to get hands-on with tech—you just have to hope you catch them on a day when the staff is as energized as the products. I’ll be back, hoping my next visit is one of the "great" ones!

Such a great experience!! Everytime i've been here to get electronics everyone has been super kind and helpful to me couldn't ask for better customer service. They have great selection and amazing setup. Shout out to hank b cashier, who was super kind and listen to me talk when I was having a bad day. Management material for sure.
