They Wasted my time with lame excuses. I ordered a simple car stereo install along with parts that wasted three weeks of my time and ended with nothing getting done. They just kicked it down the road one week each time install day arrived. I canceled that and took my parts, one of which has no use for the basic stereo unit. This is, definitely, not the professional Best Buy that I knew back in the day. It seems a shell of what it once was, stripped away. I have zero trust in the company now, and will make no purchases of any kind from them. I will stick to buying electronics from Amazon, and paying qualified technicians that, actually work for a living to do everything else.
