0 stars Took a hdd in to Spokane north for data recovery. They took it in, told me 1 to 3 days for a call back to tell me the progress. I tried calling back after 6 days to get 0 answers not even able to contact anything but an answering machine.in 2026. 10 days later 0 call backs. Still can't reach anyone at the store. Geek squad main support even tried to contact them with their special service number and nothing. They even looked at my repair order and told me 0 progress was made. Never buying another product for personal use or for my company from sh^tbuy again.

This store sucks. The Spokane Valley store is better. There are only a couple people who actually come and ask if you need some assistance. Most the time, most the employees just fraternize with others. Again there are a couple people who do try to help out customers as much as they can. This location seems to have less products and no home audio show rooms. The main focus seems to be on kitchen gadgets and large appliances, the home theater department s almost none existent and the car stereo is in the past. Security systems and all the stupid gadgets you could imagine though. 3 stars at most, another corporate company being ran into the ground.
