Over the years, purchased Two major gaming Laptops, one over the stove microwave, two Dyson hand held vacuums several cell phones, ....But No More.... tried to return a 15" smart digital picture frame today, it was purchased as a gift 18 days ago, their minion insists I should have had it back in 15 days. NO MORE!

The warrantees are garbage if buying from Samsung, Apple, Google or Motorola. They will only send your device to Seattle and if the repair place says nothing is wrong with it you get to do it over and over again since no warrantee allows for direct exchange of faulty or defective devices. Best bet is to buy from Amazon as the only option they ever offer is exchange, avoiding two week turn arounds for service centers.

Best Buy is able to do some repairs for Apple and Samsung devices in store, although many devices would need to be sent out to be repaired. I've had good experiences with their products and the sales staff was knowledgeable and helpful, they've always been keen to ask if I have any questions or if there is anything they can help me with. This last visit however, I was trying to look at their Apple products to see if anything fit what I was looking for and ended up leaving with nothing after 5 minutes. Within those 5 minutes I was approached by 3 seperate people to ask if I had any questions or needed any help and then on my way out asked if I was able to find everything I was looking for. While help can be beneficial, policies that require associates to approach costumers to offer help often lead to the experience becoming overbearing instead of helpful.
