I went here for Geek Squad, it was understaffed, I was given incorrect information over the phone when making my appt, when I tried to call the store in the first place it sent me to a virtual sales call center in India instead of the store. The Geek Squad at the Spokane Valley location wasn't better. It was empty when I got there, and the two Geek Squad kids were in the back staring at each other. When I asked them if I could move my appointment there, I was told they'd take 3-5 days for what North said they could do in a day. The fault lies with the company and their shitty policies and hiring practices. Do better, pay people you cheap bums.
My wife and I visited Best Buy about 30 minutes before closing, feeling a bit overwhelmed by the MacBook options. Just as we were considering coming back another day, Gabe approached us and completely turned our experience around. His deep knowledge of the products and thoughtful recommendations based on our needs made all the difference. He was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. Thanks to Gabe, we left confident in our decision. Best Buy is lucky to have someone so dedicated to customer service!
Bought a 65 inch t.v with warranty and was having a issue with the sound going loud then real quiet was told to go to the store with any problems and tell me that I need to diagnosis myself I told them that is why I bought the warranty so they deal with the problem so unless you are on the payroll for best buy it's my recommendation that you not purchase anything with warranty unless you have it in writing that they will do there job also they threatened me that I if they sent someone out I could possibly be charged for the visit if they found nothing even with a warranty real classy outfit
