I recently purchased a computer here and had an excellent experience. The guy who helped me was very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the process. Later, I placed an online order for pickup and received the same great customer service from the lady on the pick up desk when I came to collect it. Highly recommend! 😊
There is absolutely no way allowed to talk to an in-store person at any of the Best Buy outlets. For example if all you want is an actual hands on product availability you can't do it I know the computer says the item is available in a given store. But having worked at other retail outlets I know for a fact that the computer doesn't always know if it's actually in the store. Therefore a hands-on experience I feel is a much-needed part of the sales world. Very poor decision on the Best Buy Executives for this choice.
Best Buy took $1200 from my bank account. They stated i bought a laptop. I never bought a laptop. They had my bank information because I purchased a 100" tv a month earlier. They then without permission did steal $1200 from my bank account. Best Buy then hid information that proves i never purchased a laptop. Do not buy from Best Buy. They will steal from you. >
