Do not go here to purchase any large appliances. My delivery for a washing machine I paid for got cancelled twice over the course of two weeks because they sold me a product that was no longer in stock. I had to go back and forth with them to figure out why they could not send me the product I paid for until they told me two weeks later it is no longer available. They did not offer any meaningful compensation for the time I wasted between multiple phone calls and visits to customer service over these two weeks. Go elsewhere.

I visited the store this morning to purchase a new TV. I was greeted by a friendly employee at the entrance, but after that, no one at all helped me for the half an hour I was in there
While looking at TVs, I had to carry a 50-inch box on my own, even though several employees were nearby and saw me.
The only person who offered to help was another customer in the parking lot. I was very disappointed with the lack of help especially with a huge purchase like that.
