My friend and I came into the store because we were interested in purchasing an LG TV that was advertised as 50% off. When we arrived, we approached an employee in a blue shirt named Terrance for assistance.
Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. He seemed completely uninterested in helping us, spoke to us in a rude and argumentative tone, and told us to wait because he was busy talking to his coworkers. Rather than making us feel like valued customers, we felt like we were an inconvenience.
Because of the poor customer service, my friend and I decided to leave without making the purchase. Best Buy lost a sale that day because of the way we were treated.
I only remember the employee's name because I noticed it on his name tag. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers receive the level of service they expect.
