This location is a mixed bag when it comes to customer service. I see so many people walking around yet a line of people waiting at customer service.
After literally waiting 10 min to recycle toner, I put them on the counter, at which an employee all of a sudden sees me. Proceeds to tell me I need to go to customer service but I told him I'm not waiting.
In line to buy a product and the employee literally gaslit me for what happened since this was the same gentleman who told me to go to customer service.
In terms of product, it's on par what best buy provides.
