I walked into Best Buy as a walk-in customer looking to upgrade my fitness tracking setup, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The store staff was exceptionally helpful, guiding me right to the health and fitness section and answering all my questions about subscription options and sizing without any rush. I ended up purchasing the WHOOP fitness tracker, and it has been a total game-changer. The screenless, minimalist design makes it super comfortable to wear 24/7—even while sleeping. The accuracy of the strain, sleep, and recovery metrics is top-tier, giving me actionable insights into my body every morning. Fantastic product backed by top-notch customer service. While I had an issue where I ordered an open-box motherboard and received the wrong board in the right box, the staff at Best Buy Tacoma felt kind and caring despite having their hands tied with the amount of help I was able to receive. The MOD that aided me today was also great, and helped call to check the state of my return process. While I didn't get any names, I want to thank everybody who helped me in store with my return. I have my gripes with Best Buy as a whole, but this location has helpful, and upbeat workers that will be happy to help you as you need with anything Best Buy.
