I was finding components I needed for a home karaoke system and one of the floor employees, Courtney I think, helped me. She was exceptional! Quick with finding the right microphones I wanted and even helped me search for a cable my sound bar was missing. I had to talk to her about joining the Best Buy team as I was very interested in applying for a job there just based on her enthusiasm and how she talked about how good her team was. So they explained how to apply. I took up a lot of their time but all the staff were very friendly.
This place is huge and has almost anything you'd need for computers to electronics and more. Knowledge staff too!
When we went to buy a gaming PC for my oldest son, service was great! It was on point! El helped us out and we got the best deal we could! She was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and was attentive to our needs.
A while later we came to purchase a laptop, and the two gentlemen at the counter were way too busy just chatting. We had to wait for them to stop talking. I felt like I was being rude and interrupting them. Once we told them about what we needed, they had no idea so they just called some kid in the back to come help. Thankfully, he was helpful. So with those two experiences I would say to be somewhat cautious and make sure you find a good associate. The two men at the counter were not talking about work things, please note. The sad thing was it looked like at least one of them was a shift leader or in some form a lower level manager.
