Please train your young employees. I was looking for airpods, online said there were 2 in store so I went there. A young man said he'd 'check the back' and left me standing there for 10 minutes. I saw him just wandering around, when I asked if he found them he just said there weren't any and walked away. I'll just order what I need online next time.

This place is awesome. They have good choices for unlocked phones and regular phones. They stay really busy in the phone department for sure. Very kind and courteous employees.
I would not recommend getting a credit card with Best Buy. It is almost impossible to pay your bill without jumping through a million hoops. It is not user friendly and will lock you out of your account. Getting your account unlocked is super difficult. I feel like they want you to default in order to pay more.
