Ok, what’s really not to love? Yeah, maybe stuff be spensive buuutttt, I appreciate that they not rude on top of that. I have made a few trips up there recently for specific reasons and by the time I leave, I forgot what brought me there but happy it did. The staff is fun. They get my jokes. And super helpful. Scept….EXCEPT for Geek Squad. To be fair, they aren’t “apple” techs. I just thought wiping my phone was a lil too extreme. To be more fair, I didn’t do the best job of explaining or describing the crazy stuff my brand new phone was doing, so, guess it had to escalate that quickly 😬. But they were still nice. They tried. I tried. We all failed but we not mad at each other….. I learned some useful things during each visit. Turns out I really want a nice camera. But, I realized I should work my way up to the real nice fancy ones. Especially when that visit was when I learned about the little square thing that you get to show up on iPhone camera has a sidekick that is useful. Makes taking pics so much easier now!🤦🏻‍♀️ Another time I was there I got to see what VR was all about. Oh my goodness. I was getting them lil squishy munsters. They was giggling and growling. Got me up there looking like I might not be ok or I’m taking drugs. My dad probably wondered once again why he didn’t leave me at home 😭😭 But whatever. It was so much fun. This was a first for me and I just really appreciated the employees just being so cool about everything. The game guy. The gentleman at customer service and the gentleman at appliances. And can’t forget the lovely lady herself….Mrs management. 🙌. Definitely enjoyed this trip the most I think. And I don’t wanna forget about the gentlemen who continue to appear every so often to bring such pretty things to my home. The fridge tho….😂😂😂. Heck yes we got that beast in the house! These guys really are the best! I love how particular they are about leaving no mess and wanting to make sure I am good before they go. I swear it’s like seeing my uncles when they come into town. Anyways, I know a lot of people have complaints about Best Buy. Whether they don’t like it in general or just don’t like this location. Well, there’s that I guess. Frfr, this location is great! Thanks for your wonderful spirits and just being a vibe! Y’all are amazing!☺️🫶
