I had the same experience that a few other customers noted in their reviews: a lack of employees available for customer service. I spent 20 minutes waiting in the car audio section and no one was available to help me. I asked twice for help, no one was sent my way. I thought one employee was going to help me because he was walking my way but he gave me peace signs with both hands and walked the other way. The guy at the door said there were only three employees available to help the entire store. Giving two stars because they had products that I wanted to purchase and have installed, but was unable to get help.

Best Buy routinely sells items they don’t have in their inventory; they provide a fake pickup or delivery date; and then they keep your money until you do something about it.
If you call them for support, forget about it! To quote Best Buy’s call center: “No, we don’t make things right for our customers; that’s just not something we do at Best Buy. Sorry, but I do understand your frustration.”
Skip Best Buy, skip the hassle.
