I recently moved to Tacoma from Seattle, and this Best Buy is very close to me, so it’s likely going to be my go-to store for the foreseeable future. The store has a great selection of electronics, computers, and appliances, and the large parking lot right by the store makes parking very convenient. While browsing appliances, a ventless washer and dryer combo caught my attention. I didn’t purchase it, but it seemed like a smart option for smaller spaces. Customer assistance was a little hard to find while browsing, but the checkout was friendly and smooth. Since I’m nearby and even stopping in for things like ink, this location feels really convenient and I’d give it 5 stars.

The Meta Man Joel was so awesome. He answered all my questions took me outside to try on his personal pair so I can see if I was comfortable with the transitioning lens. He is absolutely the right man for a customer service position. He went above and beyond. if I didn’t get the service I did today with all of my questions answered I might have went home to think about my decision. I am super satisfied and I’m rockin my metas now
