I stopped going to in person pokemon drops because of some terrible gamestop experiences and chaos.
The employees handled this incredibly well. Asher took great care of me. Look forward to the next one!

I spent 15 minutes at the mobile counter today, half-expecting a tumbleweed to roll across the carpeted floor. As you can see from my photo, the department has been reclaimed by the wilderness. I stood there in the deafening silence, waiting for a single human soul to emerge from the shadows, but it seems the staff has vanished into the Tacoma mist.
If you're looking for a new phone, you’d have better luck sending a carrier pigeon. I didn't just wait; I bore witness to the extinction of customer service. I eventually had to leave before the silence consumed me entirely. Enter at your own risk—bring a survival kit and a map, because you aren't finding any help here.

If you buy a warranty, make sure you add to it before it expires or it will lapse. If you buy something with interest deferred, your payments will not go toward the deferred interest items unless you make specific extra payments toward the items. SO MAKE THOSE EXTRA PAYMENTS OR YOU WILL BE SHOCKED IN 2 YEARS WHEN NOT ONE PAYMENT HAS BEEN APPLIED TO THOSE ITEMS AND YOU OWE ALL OF THE INTEREST UP FRONT. Other than that, they are great!
