Tried to place a phone call to ask if Best Buy has protective cases for the new Fold 7. It's a simple question. Their automated phone system makes you jump through a million hoops and then hangs up on you. I give up. I was ready to drive down there if they had what I needed, but I guess Best Buy doesn't give a shit. No wonder the big box stores are dying out. Oh well, I guess Amazon it is.
So I get a response from an individual who, instead of addressing my concerns, directs me to go to a different site and have a "professional" take charge. Great. Why I have to take the initiative I don't know, but whatever. I go to Facebook and send a message which takes almost 10 minutes to generate an automated response again asking me for additional information which I provide and then...crickets. They have me cooling my heels for over 30 minutes like I am at the DMV. I am gobsmacked at level of indifference and incompetence. I get it. Best Buy wants me to drop dead. I'll attach a photo so folks can see I am not making this shit up. Oh, and Best Buy, don't bother reaching out.

Working with Best Buy has been horrible. I was promised - in writing - a price match and they refused to honor that. Resolving any problems involves dealing with phone computer menus and chatbots. For a long time. It took me 2 hours to ultimately have them deny the price match because "it wasn't policy." No flexibility, no honoring a written promise, no human response - even from the humans. Just reading from a script and dealing with corporate customer service at its worst.
I bought an Epson printer just over one year ago. I also purchased an extended warranty because electronics and I sometimes have problems.
About two weeks ago I noticed the ink colors weren’t true. I refilled the reservoirs to no avail. Yesterday, the red ink would not work at all. A few minutes later nothing worked.
I spent an hour with technical support before it was determined I needed to go to the store and get the problem resolved. I am also a Best Buy club member so off to the store I went.
I was more than pleasantly surprised to not only have the printer replaced with a newer model but to also learn it also comes with a 2 year warranty. I had expected to be informed the new printer made my warranty null and void. If this one does, too bad, so sad.
Thank you Best Buy!!!
Love the staff. Very helpful when I was looking Oled tv and Qled.
