Met another store clerk, Named Kyle. 2 Kyle’s in 2 different Bestbuy, super cool guys. The store was great. This review is reflective of upper management throughout bestbuy. How cheap do you have to be to not only cut labor at your stores over the past 10 years, but to also get rid of your telephones? I drove to Tukwilla Bestbuy. Product no available. So I drive to Tacoma. En route no store associates, only corporate support. Get to Tacoma, device description is wrong. Leave and go to federal way. Met Kyle and picked up. Upper management, C-Suite, Execs, ceo, you guys are cheap! Your labor report and P&L sitting healthy enough for a big Christmas bonus. Yet, you can’t afford a free telephone to have at your phones? I hear T-Mobile gives out free phones. Try it out! Summary: Wasted my time driving to 3 different best buys because they don’t have phoned at their stores to verify products.

Has pretty much any electronic you could need in one store

I was finding components I needed for a home karaoke system and one of the floor employees, Courtney I think, helped me. She was exceptional! Quick with finding the right microphones I wanted and even helped me search for a cable my sound bar was missing. I had to talk to her about joining the Best Buy team as I was very interested in applying for a job there just based on her enthusiasm and how she talked about how good her team was. So they explained how to apply. I took up a lot of their time but all the staff were very friendly.
