If you think there may be a chance of returning it , consider the possibility before you buy it . The refund won’t process for 7-10 business days but the lying customer service rep will tell you 1-2 days . Don’t spend money here you are 100% positive you won’t be needing back

Could not tell you how many employees ignored us, one even almost bumped into us as well as another couple and said nothing.
HOWEVER! A lovely person named Josh stopped and asked us if we needed any help. Josh was kind, engaging and professional. Thank you, Josh at store #830!!
Horrible customer service and return policy. 15 days to return something? I see why best buy won't be around much longer. Won't ever shop at best buy again.
