We stopped in for a online pick up order. I was surprised when they let us cut in line because we were picking up an online order. I think it might have upset those who were already standing in line, but apparently it's their policy. We shopped around a bit, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We went to Best Buy tonight to get some help on buying a TV. Went to the back of the store and I asked the gentleman that was sitting there he could help with TVs. He said no. I asked if he could call someone to come help us. He said he would. No one came, no one came, no one came. He came back to the area with another customer and didn’t say a word to us. I asked him if he had called for help with TV. He said he had and by the way the TV guy was not here anymore. He didn’t bother to tell me that without me asking. And then he says, but I can help you. I said earlier you said you couldn’t help me And he responded well I can now but you’ll have to wait for this other customer. We had been there at least a half an hour, and it really annoyed me that he was absolutely no help and really wasn’t interested in helping us. So I would give customer service of “the camera guy” a zero. I’ll find a different Best Buy in the future.

The sales agent was not very helpful when I went in to purchase a cell phone. Seem that he wasn't very interested in making a sale so I left and didn't purchase my phone there.
