How do I check product availability at the Yakima Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Yakima Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

Will never buy from Best Buy again! My fiancé and I just got a refrigerator. When we purchased it the associate clearly said for an extra fee the installers can install the waterline/ice. Then I receive a call from the installers saying to contact Best Buy because they cannot connect the water line. Best Buy associate tries to help and said they will hire another company to connect the water line. I ask when will they be coming! The associate does not know. Finally, they come and bring the refrigerator and the staff broke my door. They never installed the waterline. I call and the associates give me the run around.

Went in for a iPhone front screen and housing repair, booked my appointment online and it says they can repair In this store. Called ahead of time to make sure they could get it done and the rep on the phone was confident they could so I drove an hour and a half to get here just to be told they had to send the phone out and send me a new one but I would have to leave my phone with them and be phonless for a week or so before receiving a new unit. If you want a same day repair do not go to this location you’re better off driving to an actual Apple Store location if you still have Apple care on your device.

Typically, our in-store teams can complete screen repairs and some other repairs as long as it's not extensive damage and all parts are available.
