Went to Best buy to pick up a coaxial cable I purchased yesterday on the phone but it was the old style I needed for my cable/TV hookup. They were ok, but my beef is with calling to speak with customer service. They act like the department of defense! It's difficult to get customer service, a human being to speak with,, they're so uppity! it's just TV's guys get off the high horse. Anyway I'm waiting for my refund. I'll continue if I have a problem
