Your virtual assistant screening calls and not allowing me to speak with anybody for more than 5 minutes, only to have me on hold for another 5 minutes at which point I was transferred to someone virtually assisting from India and when I asked if I could speak with someone actually in the store they said that was not available, just lost you a $1,500 guaranteed sale. Best buy and this location absolutely do not value you as a customer and customer service is non-existent, not their fault but know what to expect.

Every week best buy recieves 1 item for pokemon. Like last week it was one sleeved booster pack. 1 item of 1 sku. I doubt best buy distribution would bother sending one sleeved booster pack. Clearly employees or the manager is selling pokemon cards out the back.
The employees at the Yakima Best Buy are selling Pokemon Products out the back door to friends or family. For about 2 months Best Buy has "not received pokemon" or only gotten 1 item of 1 sku literally 1 sleeved booster pack, or 1 tin. Best buy distribution would bot bother sending one sleeved booster pack. The employees or managers need to be fired.
