How do I check product availability at the Yakima Best Buy?

Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.

Just had a very unprofessional experience with a very rude general manager Hector Jiminez that doesn’t understand their own return policy and then gave me the wrong number to corporate and proceeded to be rude and embarrassing in front of customers. I don’t understand why Best Buy hires people like this and doesn’t coach them on mannerism and common courtesy. Best buy has lost a customer despite me coming to this location for years.

Had to get my phone battery replaced the owner of geek squad at the store was helping me out he was very professional! Hated when the Karen walked up to the counter with a very impatient attitude during my appointment with him he told her calmly he couldn’t help her at the time because he was already helping me. She just kept insisting him on helping her which he did(when he didn’t need to!) anyway loved how he handled the situation like a true professional!
