This is the worst Best Buy I have ever been too! I ordered 2 items at 12 pm and I get a notification at 3:50 pm saying one item was ready. I go to the front security desk at the front door and asked about where online pickups are at and he tells me I have to wait in line. Mind you, it is Black Friday, so online pickup should be quicker than going inside especially when it says it’s ready for pickup. At that point the item is mine since they took my money already so why do I have to wait in line to get my item? The second item I ordered along with the first in the same transaction said it would be ready today and it’s going on hour 6. I live in wapato so I was assuming if one of items are done the other would be as well? It’s going onto hour 7 and my second item still isn’t ready. I stayed in town for hours just to only get one of my items. I decided to do curbside pickup since going in didn’t workout and the lady came out and gave me my one items. I told her her about the second item and she asked questions about it and seemed like she was going to look into why I haven’t gotten my second item but she never came back and I had to sit there for 30-45 more mins for her not to come back and for me not to get my second item I paid for. Why have a online pickup station in the store if you still have to wait in line like everyone else? Why even do online orders if you don’t oblige on same time pickup for your items? This is far the worst experience I have had here. Don’t waste your money at this Best Buy.

Definetly an upgrade! Purchase and set up was tech easy! Still trying to figure oyt how to add photos.

Always a great experience here. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about any given product here. I love Best Buy and will always shop here.
