We had a great experience at Yakima Best Buy. Jen (Agent Martinez) went out of her way in helping us and was keen to our concerns. Irving was great in selling us the new Dell 27 AIO. Colby helped find the software I needed. Peter was very communicative in picking up the new computer. Blaine (Agent Smith) showed us how to operate the computer and confirmed all files from old hard drive were installed. Great experience.

The selection of electronics at this store is impressive, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. However, I did find that some items were overpriced compared to online retailers, and wait times at the checkout can be longer than expected. Overall, it’s a decent place to shop if you need something quickly.
Worst purchase and shipping experience I've ever had so we bought a really expensive speaker for a party we were having and it was stolen from the shipper that Best buy uses so we never got to use it for our party. so we had to contact customer service and let them know we received the wrong package all we got was basically a empty box they never called us back we had to keep calling for days. we went into the store and the store manager said to email him if we don't get a call back we emailed him and he never emailed us back either they said two time we would get compensated for our troubles so we finally got the speaker and called customer service one last time to ask for compensation for our troubles and they said no compensation HORRIBLE customer service
