I would discourage anyone from working with Lexi at the Geek Squad desk. They didn’t seem to really care about being there, and I also noticed them treating other employees poorly.
I completely understand everyone has bad days — customer service isn’t easy, and I’ve worked in that industry for years myself. But after my experience, I can honestly see why a few other reviews mention the same employee. There seemed to be an attitude of acting above others, or just a generally negative vibe that made the whole interaction uncomfortable.

You're getting help from an employee talking to them. Then another employee come up to you to talking and pull them away. And you're just left standing there waiting for them to come back.
GeekSquad did a great job with my iPhone 13 mini battery replacement. Ira and Lexi were very helpful and clear. It took about 1.5 hours which was very fast in my opinion!
Had a problem with my phone. Solved very quickly by a very nice and efficient young man.
