Purchased expensive Sonos equipment, had them install, have the Best Buy Membership. I have spent hours on the phone. Less than a year after purchase and install, soundbar stopped working. Tech from Best Buy said call Sonos, gave me the number. Sonos said call Best Buy. I said I am supposed to call you. They don’t have techs like the Best Buy guy said. Sonos gave me local numbers other than Best Buy. One of them service. Now I’m waiting for a manager at National customer service to call because National agent said I have to uninstall the bar and haul it in rather than Best Buy coming to service it or give me a new one. Last time I ever buy anything from Best Buy! They don’t stand behind what they sell. You are on your own!
I had went into Best Buy trying to get my AirPods fixed. I had further questions and asked one of the managers, and they completely are ignoring the fact that I’m trying to ask them questions about a concern that I have not a place I would recommend to spend your money they will act all nice all nice but won’t give you good service in the long run. They only want you for your money in the short run.
