Bought a new TV. Told they will help get it out to our vehicle just pull up front of the store. Told them vehicle color, model etc. Ran outside, pulled car right in front of store, watched as multiple other folks were helped and yet here we sit. Patience ran out after 10+ minutes so I go back in to see my TV sitting on the floor at front of store. Associate asked if they could help and apologized but I was beyond pissed after waiting that long. I can load faster, better and safer than the kid sent out to help! Will not buy another big item at Best Buy ever again.

Shop anywhere else I’ve bought thousands of things from this store, and I gotta say they can’t help you and don’t wanna help you. Call and get a call center and can’t get through to the store it’s just not possible. It’s insane it’s so frustrating mind you I’m 25 not someone who doesn’t know how tech works or how to use a phone or navigate these long holds. It’s just not worth it anymore.
