The second I walked in, I was asked if there was anything I needed to find. An employee, whose name I unfortunately don't remember, took a good 5 minutes to hook me up with a product they didnt have in store. Very good service!

Purchased expensive Sonos equipment, had them install, have the Best Buy Membership. I have spent hours on the phone. Less than a year after purchase and install, soundbar stopped working. Tech from Best Buy said call Sonos, gave me the number. Sonos said call Best Buy. I said I am supposed to call you. They don’t have techs like the Best Buy guy said. Sonos gave me local numbers other than Best Buy. One of them service. Now I’m waiting for a manager at National customer service to call because National agent said I have to uninstall the bar and haul it in rather than Best Buy coming to service it or give me a new one. Last time I ever buy anything from Best Buy! They don’t stand behind what they sell. You are on your own!
