We stopped in tonight to check out some options for speakers that we could add to our new turntable, and found out quickly that we didn’t know as much as we thought. Jason in the Home Audio department was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and gave us options for every priority we could’ve possibly come in with - budget, versatility, space, etc. We left with a sort of ‘beginners’ version of what we need, but also with more knowledge from our twenty minute chat with him than we could’ve found on our own in a week. When we decide to upgrade or change our setup, this will be our first stop thanks to him.

I just wanted to share some positive feedback about an employee named Rob at the Best Buy Appleton WI store on Wisconsin Ave.
I came in today to purchase a Tablo DVR and antenna, and Rob helped me. What really stood out to me was how he listened and supported the choice I already knew was right for me, rather than trying to upsell or talk me into something “bigger” or more expensive. That doesn’t happen very often in tech retail, and it made a huge difference in my experience.
He was patient, respectful, and treated me like someone who can make her own decisions — and I appreciated that more than I can say. I left feeling confident, understood, and genuinely happy with my purchase. It was one of the best experiences I've had in a store.
People are quick to complain when something goes wrong, but I wanted to make sure this moment of excellent customer care didn’t go unnoticed.
The store was great. But try to get someone to discuss a damaged item during installation. Then Sebastian in “customer service “ tries to ignore previously discussed and agreed upon compensation. Then insinuates I am lying when the entire conversation was previously documented. After another call with a competent person she disclosed she could visualize notes from both conversations Tells me to publish a review🫤. Sad they do not want to improve their employees and ability to work and communicate honestly with customers.
