Place does not honor prices listed. Picked up a steel series headset that was listed at 199.99 took it the front to pay rings out at almost 400 dollars. Typically I’m not one to be annoying about these kinds of things. I didn’t want to be the typical “customer” but I was disgusted by what happened next. They assumed I couldn’t afford it, took the product completely away from me didn’t even ask if I was going to buy it anyway. and asked me if they could recommend me a cheaper headset, Instead. I’m never going back into this particular Best Buy and more than likely not shopping at one either. Inflated prices at best and entitled customer service employees they didn’t even try to help the situation at all. As we all know listed prices are prices I didn’t even argue about that. I work in retail it happens to me all the time but the customer service was LACKING ENTIRELY. GOOD LUCK AND BE WEARY

Geo and Roddy were so helpful , knowledgeable, very patient cause we're old and not verycomputer savvy. These young men treated us like family, and made sure we were being totally taken care of. You should be very proud to have these guys working/ representing your company.
