Eh experience, employees are friendly but you can tell they’re encouraged to upsell. The 2-3 questions at checkout are annoying
Geo, Roddy and Kyle on Geek desk were absolutely an answer to my prayers. Being retired and a widow - I was terrified after my 10 yr laptop crashed. These gentlemen were an answer to prayers! Kind, respectful, consoling, guiding and focused on what my needs were. Absolutely my ‘new’ tech family!

Geek Squad service is dumb. You have to set up a time just to drop something off. Even if you are in line, with your device, and do not care when it gets fixed. They will make you set up a time and drive your ass all the way back to drop off said device. Best Buy used to be awesome, it is now run by idiots and nothing more than a showroom for things which you’d be better off buying online. Cancelling Best Buy credit card and will not be back. Hope they go out of business.
