I stopped in today to purchase a laptop for school. I was directed to the laptop section, and I was allowed the perfect amount of time to get my bearings and locate the brand I was looking for before someone came and asked if i needed help at just the right moment. They were knowledgeable and helpful. When my salesperson went to the back to get my computer, like 8 different employees came up and made sure I was being taken care of. Everyone was very cool and polite. Yall were so on top of your customer service, I half expected someone to pop up with a charcuterie board and a sparkling water. 10/10 i recommend appleton best buy. Keep up the great work!

I went to Best Buy to buy a 3 in 1 Brother printer and requested assistance locating the one I wanted. I asked at the entrance and from 2 other associates. I went to the rest room and then my wife went as we didn’t want to miss an employee. After more than 20 minutes we left the store and went home and ordered from Amazon. Tried to support a local business, but they didn’t want mine.
