Drove an hour for an iPhone battery replacement for them to tell me when i was there that they were unable to do it. Super unprofessional

Bought a new computer. As part of the purchase, they set it up, transferred files from my old laptop to my new one, and had it ready for me to use when I got home. They have me a step by step process as to how to tie into my home wifi & wireless printer. Gave me a number to call a Geek Squad member of I had any questions/issues. Very happy!
Waited in line for 15 minutes as 1 customer does a return. I just left my items and left. I’ll order from Amazon now
Very helpful staff from the moment I walked in all the way to the area I was shopping. Someone always took the time to ask if I needed any help.
