I wish I would have read the reviews before making a purchase. Best Buy is a joke. Their customer service gets 0 stars. "There's nothing I can do." I must have heard that 50 times tonight. Long story short, they have my money and my merchandise and won't give me either. THEY HAVE NOTHING THAT YOU CAN'T GET FROM AMAZON. The difference is Amazon values your business and empowers their customer service agents to resolve issues when they happen. Best Buy says, "there's nothing I can do". No offense to anyone at the Appleton store. They had nothing to do with it but likewise weren't able to help.

Absolute horrendous customer service here... DO NOT pay them for an installation of any appliance you get from best buy. I lost more money taking off work for them to have a 7am-7pm time frame for installation, only for this time frame to shrink down more and more as the day goes on, to the point it was to 4-7pm, and THEN THEY RESCHDULE IT. 4 TIMES THIS HAPPENS!! We finally call the customer service only to be told they never even had the rescheduled appointment in the system, so we waited on 4 different days with such a ridiculous time frame to find out they weren't even in the system to install our appliance after paying for the appliance and installation. Wow... this company really went downhill... I will no longer be getting appliances from best buy, that's for damn sure. What a waste of money and time.

Terrible service, came in to buy a pair on B&W 700 series.. soon as I walk in immediately I'm pestered if I need help. I asked for someone by the audio department for help.. no one ever came!!! Luckily I found Amazon had a pair open box for $800 cheaper so i just went that route!!! Would have been nice if I actually got helped, I can only assume it's because I came ij straight off my construction job and they probably just thought I'm wasting their time by how I looked.
