Beautiful store; but that’s where the positive experience ends. I just went in to grab a pair of headphones and I stood in line for 20 minutes while one person processed a return and everyone else just stood around and stared at us go anywhere else. Honestly legit shocked Best Buy is still a thing with online shopping

I've been using webroot virus protection for 9 years using the auto renew option without any issues. This year I was charged the renewal, however I found that my service was expired. Tried the customer service and after 8 hours on the phone, the resolution was to cancel my existing account and purchase a new subscription. Payed and received the digital version to download, but the new version would only load on the previous devices and I am unable to load on the additional devices that I need covered. I was told I needed to take my devices to a store to load the software. 8 hours of my time wasted and now its an hour drive to a store. Avoid webroot at all costs.

We stopped in tonight to check out some options for speakers that we could add to our new turntable, and found out quickly that we didn’t know as much as we thought. Jason in the Home Audio department was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and gave us options for every priority we could’ve possibly come in with - budget, versatility, space, etc. We left with a sort of ‘beginners’ version of what we need, but also with more knowledge from our twenty minute chat with him than we could’ve found on our own in a week. When we decide to upgrade or change our setup, this will be our first stop thanks to him.
