Would rate lower if possible multiple issues with an order with a customer support team that is incapable of communicating with each other to fix the problems. 3 store visits 2 online chats and a 40 minute conversation on the phone that had me transferred 5 times and 4 orders to date. No resolution.

Bought a cheap insignia TV 7 months ago. It went haywire and they basically told me it's a throwaway. I ended up buying a new one somewhere else. Walmart actually because they would have just exchanged or given me a credit. The people were nice but I'm out 130 bucks.

In my experience Best Buy is a store you go to AFTER you check elsewhere on prices of the product/s you intend to buy. Most of the time the little things like cables are INCREDIBLY less expensive elsewhere. TVs included. However, if you need a little thing fast and don't mind paying a huge markup, then they're the place to go. Having said that I have to also say store associates are polite and friendly, but not always knowledgeable on available solutions that might be found elsewhere. They're obviously there to sell, not to be your friend.
