Went to purchase a desktop pc for my mother-in-law. Website showed one was in stock and the associate said since it was the last one, it would take a while to find. 10 minutes later the associate came back and told us he couldn't find it. Lenovo was the brand I wanted because the PC we are replacing is a Lenovo and has lasted 10 years. We were able to get another PC with the same processer, ram and hd size, but the brand is Asus. In the past I have had issues with Asus quality, but my mothere-in-law doesn't do much but social media and online games. I hope it lasts her.

I stopped into Best Buy today completely overwhelmed about gaming computers, and Eli was absolutely incredible. He took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense—graphics cards, processors, cooling systems, all the stuff I usually get lost with. Eli didn’t rush me or push me into anything. Instead, he walked me through the differences between pre-built systems and custom builds, what specs matter for different types of games, and even helped me figure out what would fit best in my budget.
You can tell he genuinely knows his stuff and enjoys helping people. I left feeling confident and excited instead of confused. If you’re thinking about getting a gaming PC or just need someone knowledgeable to guide you, ask for Eli. He made a huge difference and I appreciate the great service!
