CUSTOMER SERVICE DONE RIGHT!
A huge thank you to Jonah and Cody at Best Buy for going above and beyond to help us! They took the time to make sure we were able to pick up our item from another store and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
What impressed us most was how genuinely they cared about helping us. They were professional, friendly, and treated us like valued customers every step of the way. Outstanding customer service like this is hard to find and truly appreciated.

Not a fan of them pushing a credit card on my boyfriend after he said no three times. Before they then proceeded to say it's easier to get a home delivery. Only for them to put the wrong address. Which was an old address on my boyfriend's Best Buy account... The worst part is, we had no clue it was wrong until the day of the delivery! Today! And yes, they confirmed the new address when they were doing the stupid credit card that they literally pushed until my boyfriend agreed. And they still got it wrong! I hope the one guy who waited on us and his manager, who, yes, also stepped in to force a credit card on us, could physically feel the glare I was giving them both. Very unprofessional and obnoxious. If someone says no to a card, back off. And double confirm the address!!! Because confirming once is clearly not enough for these guys! Now I have to hope that the delivery driver bringing our stuff will be accommodating enough to bring our stuff to the correct address. Which isn't that far from the old place... Hopefully it works out, because we needed what we ordered today...
