They have sold me a broken TV. It was open box. They did not check or take it out of the box when I purchasing it. I trusted them but when I got home. the screen was broken right out of the box. I will returning it tomorrow morning.

If I could put a 0 I would for a rating . I spent 2000 today was going to come back next week for a tv an two freezers . I’m sorry I will not be back due to the management telling me I’m the worst customer he ever had to my face . I came with my family and I have never dealt with a lazy manager before like today. Please train the manager customer service skills . I will say the sales girl we had was very nice and helpful .
Wife went to pick up a new monitor for me. They lied and said I wanted the warranty but forgot to pay for it. I did not. Now bedtbuy refuses to send me information on said warranty. It's a scam.
