Got a great price on a washer and dryer. Found a matching pair no problem. The service here is by far the best I’ve ever had in a long time anywhere now that I think of it. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. Appreciate all the help picking out the product Tim! Also the lady that did the check out and the two boys that helped load it. I will definitely be back for more

I had such great customer service at the Brookfield location! I went into the store looking for a small washer and dryer. Within a short amount of time a girl asked me if I needed any help. She was very helpful. I was asking questions and Tim came over to answer them. I was looking at a certain brand which was marked “good condition” for possibly a blemish, scratch, return, etc, Tim showed me a brand new better quality unit at the same price. Tim was amazing. I will be back!

Katie, the manager, was rude and dropped the laptop I wanted to purchase. Of course she denied it even after having multiple witnesses of her actions. No discount or apology. Maybe if a wasn't a diverse customer she would of treated me different.
