Customer service is not like the regular Best Buy. We stood in line with no people ahead of us for 25 minutes.while the cashier conversed with her customer at the register. This should have taken place on the sales floor. They also talked about personal issues. Someone else finally came over to assist after 25 minutes. I won't be back. I'd rather pay full price than experience bad service.

if you are looking for something extremely specific, this is not the place for you. this is more for people that are passively shopping for a good deal, of which there are many. the staff here is fun and friendly, will joke around with you and are in generally good spirits :) score docked one star only for organizational reasons!

Wow what great service! Elias was so friendly helpful informative and accommodating! Also, the manager on duty was no questions asked gave us a refund for the refrigerator we bought that was marked as a freezer and discounted money off for our inconvenience!! We go here often for various appliances and tvs and we'll be lifelong returning customers. Thank you!

The employees here are helpful and care. I've bought a ton of stuff here in the past few years, and haven't ever had a bad experience. If you're shopping for appliances, computers, tvs... Make sure you check here. You'll probably get it for wat less!
