Horrible and slow customer service

I ordered a TV in "Open Box - Good" condition that turned out to be missing the feet/stand, didn't come with a box/manual/etc., and maybe also missing the remote (employee wasn't sure if they had it somewhere or not).

I visited this location today because I was Referred to it by my best friend it did not disappoint. I do want to say that the cleanliness of the store Is great it smells fresh in there. I also found a very very affordable appliance at this location. I Highly highly recommend if you need to save some money and get you a Nice appliance please don’t hesitate to visit the store. Customer service was A1 and I do look forward to visiting the store in the future. I apologize I forgot the young gentleman and young lady that assisted me but you guys rock and thank you so much for explaining everything
