This store is very easy to get to, plenty of parking close to the store. I arrived around 12:30 p.m. and was immediately greeted the moment I walked in. The online order pickup area is right inside the front door to your left. I was in and out of the store in under 5 minutes. I noticed that at this time of day the store was almost completely empty of customers as I could see several staff members with nothing to do and noticed only a couple other customers in the store. I prefer this store over the one in Brookfield mainly because it is easier to get to and has more parking that is much closer to the store. As a reference I live about equal distance between both stores.

Horrible experience with this store. I went in to get my son a computer tower. When I walked in, I was greeted and told to go over by the computers and that somebody would come help me. I was over there for about fifteen minutes. Nobody ever showed up. So I went to the front and told the guy nobody showed up to help me. He was like, oh sorry and did not offer to help me at all. So I just left the store. I will never be shopping at this store again. Horrible customer service.

Had problems with my phone. Infected with malicious virus. Service rep was able to fix it in about a half hour.
