Entered a basically empty store. Greeted by, “Could I help you.” “Yes. I want to buy a Chromebook.” “I’ll send one back to help you.” Wait, wait, wait, etc. Walk up to front again. I say (new person) “I want to buy a Chromebook but no one has come to help.” Reply. “I’ll send someone right back.” Thinking this was looking bad I started the timer on my phone. 15 minutes. No one. Again, just a couple people in the store. So as I am leaving the person at the front asks me if there is anything he could help me with (this is the same person). “Apparently not.” It’s sad, but there are too many other places where I can get same or better prices in store or on line.

I ordered a TV online to.be picked up with in an hour. Email came saying not available until 10 days from tje order. I called to check with the store. He said he can't find an order. I say I will cancel that one and order a different one. Which I did. He sees the new order and cancels that order. Apparently listening isn't a skill. So I say omg you just canceled the new order. He hangs up on me. I call back and ask for a manager....low and behold it is thensame guy. I say I want a different person he hangs up on me again. Great customer service......
