Went in to buy the new iPhone 17 and Apple Watch and witnessed a middle aged male employee loudly discussing pro-trump policies in depth with another customer. Promptly turned around and left and made my purchase off the Apple website instead. That’s money walking right out the door, Best Buy. Might want to check in with that employee about inappropriate workplace behavior.
I wasn't sure if I should give this a 1 star or 5 star review because this Best Buy allows for people to use chairs to hold their spot in line. Half the people set their chair down and went home to come back 30min before the store opened. The other half were in their cars.

Ordered 85” tv online and was ready for pickup an hour later. Employees were So Friendly and even brought the tv outside in the dead of winter, helped load it into the bed of the truck, and helped get it strapped down. Kudos to Best Buy and their employees!!!

I have never been so disgusted with a customer service call center. First they refused to connect me to the local store, then they refused to put me through to their supervisor without giving them a reason. And then I had to argue with them about how they didn’t think they have an attitude problem. I’m tempted to cancel my Best Buy membership over this. Never will I deal with their call center ever again!
