Excelente experiência! Precisei ir à loja logo que cheguei porque esqueci meus carregadores e precisei comprar adaptadores de tomada, já que o padrão dos EUA é diferente do Brasil. Fui muito bem atendida por um funcionário que me ajudou a encontrar exatamente o que eu precisava. Aproveitei a visita e a variedade da loja para comprar também uma caixa de som e um fone de ouvido. Loja muito organizada e atendimento nota 10! ​ ​Great experience! I had to visit the store right after I arrived because I forgot my chargers and needed to buy outlet adapters, since the US standard is different from Brazil. The staff was very helpful and guided me to exactly what I needed. I also took advantage of the great selection to buy a speaker and headphones. Very organized store and top-notch customer service.

I’ve had good experiences with some of the staff at this store, but due to Best Buy corporate’s recent changes to its approach to customer service and a really terrible series of experiences today, my wife and I decided to no longer patron Best Buy. The good: clean store, the help desk guys were cool to talk to even if they couldn’t directly help me with my issues a few months ago. The bad: When my wife tried to pick up a curbside order today, she was greeted by an AI “helper” that put her on hold for 10 minutes. As she had a meeting to get to, she ended up having to leave and tried to get in contact with someone at the store via the AI Clanker, but the human on the other end didn’t have any solutions other than “I’ll put a note on the file of this order.” After her meeting, we returned, the AI customer (dis)service rep sent a text link to something unrelated, lied about how to get the order, so we had to go in after another frustrating conversation. When I asked about how to leave feedback on the horrible AI “helper” they empathized that it’s ruined curbside pickup for both them and customers and followed it up with “AI is the future.” If this AI is the future of Best Buy, Best Buy is dead. I’m sure Best Buy’s AI will reply to this to tell me to talk to another unhelpful AI that will do nothing but enrage me and waste my time. Don’t shop here, even the employees know this company is screwing over its customers but are powerless to stop the brainrot at the top of this once great company.
