Had trouble with my phone and the Geek Squad fixed it right up.
The Eau Claire, WI store is lucky to have a really great salesperson named Tom. I have inquired about 3 purchases for myself and Tom has helped me. So when my 82 year old father wanted to buy a TV, I looked for Tom. Tom was busy with another senior citizen who was asking Tom many questions, so I waited. Tom is worth the wait. Tom listened to my father's 1950 requests, honestly responded about current technology, and tried to find a TV remote that matched my father's requests. While the world surpasses my father's understanding of technology, Tom's time and honesty gave my father a faith in himself to explore technology. Since that visit with Tom, he has questions about technology, and he wants to call Tom. Thanks Tom for listening to my father's frustrations with technology. You and Adrian made a difference that day and provided a great recommendation. To Best Buy's management, Tom and Adrian know what the consumer of all ages needs. GREAT RESOURCES!!! Build around these guys' experiences.
Walked in, staff greated us. But a lot of standing around chatting but I get it they are young. Not a very busy store. Plenty of parking. Good deals right now. Used the app for Best Buy. Bought Bose ear buds work great! And Blink floodlight. I already have blink cameras so added the floodlight.
The call center sucks, I want to talk to a human geek squad at the store and they won't even transfer me, jeez, this is so lame when im having issues with my tv!! Do better Best Buy!!
