Has no way to contact the store. Sells appliances that break within a year, and then cant actually contact a person to remedy it. Took a month for a service member to come out. Best buy themselves refused to work on it, and did not disclose that the service would be so delayed if it was ever needed upon purchase, they implied they would fix it. After spending thousands at this store and not even being greeted with a person trying to help? I will be shopping online, exclusively not from best buy. Maybe if they make this right ill think about it in a month.

It's a best buy. I would however suggest calling ahead to make sure they have stock of what you need.
I had the absolute best customer service from Ben C today and was in and out of the store in no time. Thank you Ben!
