If I could give less than a 1 star I would. My son ordered a $600.00 piece of electronic equipment for his computer. When he ordered it he asked if it could be pick up by me (his mother as he was on his way to Austin Texas for work) and gave them my name and was told it would be ready for me to pick up. My daughter and I went to the store and they would not give it to me. Asked to talk to the manager and she refused to talk to me and to also talk to my son on the phone. This manager was rude and insulting. Am surprised, with her attitude, she is in this position. For me I will not shop at Bust Buy again.

Thank you for your review. I can certainly see how frustrating it would be to walk into a store to pick up an order and not be able to. Best Buy does have a process for putting a pick up person's name on the order. We are not allowed to release items without that process being followed. We'd be happy to hear more about your experience as well as to show you how to place an order with a pickup person selected.

Great deal on an open box. The wait for assistance was longer than most would tolerate. Knowledge of the salesperson was limited.
There was a very good selection of products at this Best Buy but it was pretty difficult to find any sales associates to answer any questions.
