Why is it you can't talk to someone in the store on the phone you get rerouted to someone god knows where when I just have question bout items we purchased before they are delivered? Very frustrated right now!!!!

All stores route to the national customer service line in order to allow the store employees to serve the customers that are in the store. Agents that are working the phone are able to assist you with those questions, as all the information needed is in the computer for them. Excellent service even when I was upset and frustrated, along with being rude about my phone. I commend these young ladies and gentlemen for their dedication, professionalism, courtesy and kindness as well. Thank you so much for your service.
