Won’t be buying from “Best” buy anymore. I used to live for that store. It’s been almost a year now since I bought a washer and dryer there. Salesman stated buying a new set of hoses was required for them to install the washer. I wanted new hoses anyway and wasn’t an issue. The day the washer was installed my wife was home and the installer told her our hoses looked “new” and didn’t install ones we purchased from them. The new hoses were brought and sitting right next to the new washer. He returned them I didn’t. Long story short the old ones broke and we have had contractors fixing our wet basement for almost a year now. We got a call from their headquarters offering us $1,500 if we signed a non disclosure agreement. I had to use my home owners insurance and it has been around a 20k project so far. Shows you Best Buy doesn’t care about you. Recently bought my mom’s washer and dryer from a local business. The service and care is worth a little extra! Buyer be informed!
