So many workers but when you need someone, you can never find any help.

Best Buy has to be the worst place for appliances hands down. I went to buy a dishwasher. And I went there because they had a good selection. Well Plan to spend at least 300 extra dollars in random fees, example. I wanted to buy a 400$ dishwasher I think 440, but they said they wanted to deliver it. I said I have a truck. So saved 40. There. And I asked if I can drop the old one off knowing they charge for that well that’s 60. But, you cant bring it to them. They have to pick it up and they charge 40 for a pick up fee. I said well mind as-well deliver it. Then they said that’s another 40. So regardless they are charging you with a fee. For no reason and they recycle and make money off your old dishwasher…. And don’t even worry about the warranty. That’s expensive for no reason. I understand the power chord comes separately usually which is very weird to begin with. But I said I’ll reuse the old one and hose( mind you my old dishwasher is less then a year old I fixed it twice came with the home) that’s why I’m getting a new one. They advised they cannot take an old dishwasher unless it has all parts and forced me to pay 70$ for a set of hoses and power chord. Bring the actual cost of the dishwasher from 440 to near 700. I said waive all these fees, I’ll buy it from you! They said no so I went to Menards. Bought a dishwasher with hoses and a warranty for less than 300$. And they took the old one for 20$. And I reused the old hose and power cord. Regardless, do what you’d like but. I advise against Best Buy. They are down right criminal for that. Sincerely, go Menards!
