Returned a $10 aux cord in the package. The store would not give a refund because it was more than two weeks from purchase, would only issue in-store credit. After completing two easy Amazon returns just before this, I definitely will not be shopping here again.

Always late with digital orders to late with coming to help. When the guy in front says that he'll call someone to help you get your item, and while the store is empty, I don't expect to wait 20 minutes for someone.
Back when I was with best buy in 2018, I remember when customer service was valued. Now they're stingy and can't even throw a bone to a loyal customer. I'm done with them
