Sales people are in their own world.Bought open box item for pickup and was told everything was there but the box. It was Soundbar and subwoofer by Klipsch. Needless to say it was missing everything but the cords to plug it in. Wanted to listen to other soundbars but nothing worked and the response from staff was great from "not my department" to being passed and told" dude the display hasn't worked for a month, we have a work order in to fix it" which was a month ago. I use to love Best Buy but time and time again this is happening so no wonder we all shop online.
