While working to upgrade my phone through Verizon. I witnessed poor management to the employees. The Verizon tech helping me was phenomenon in trying to help. He is the reason I am not giving it just one star. But I noticed when he needed his manager he didn’t help. I can see why it is frustrating. I do not blame the employees but the managers! They need to learn to manage and answer their employees, they get paid to be there they can learn to answer!!!

This is just a showroom. They don't have much stock. I usually come in and find out they don't have what I came for, then order it on Amazon instead, because their shipping is actually good.

Clean store and nice place to shop, but very difficult to find an employee to help and extremely frustrating to select products from displays only to be told they are out of stock........some even discontinued.
