I feel best buy has gone down hill since it became more of a spaced licensed stored. Nice staff always there to greet but otherwise, eh.

We purchased a refrigerator 3 weeks ago and were supposed to receive delivery today between 8:30-12:30 and even got the text saying this. I spent the morning cleaning out our old refrigerator and moving so it would be convenient for the techs. When we clicked on the link to track our order it said “Please Schedule”. Upon calling the listed number for customer service, turns out, the warehouse doesn’t even have our refrigerator!! And guess what? Things happen, I’ve been in service before, and understand! BUT NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL. I will do business elsewhere going forward. Ridiculous

Returned a $10 aux cord in the package. The store would not give a refund because it was more than two weeks from purchase, would only issue in-store credit. After completing two easy Amazon returns just before this, I definitely will not be shopping here again.
Update: I did contact Best Buy on Instagram about my issue. They said that it is their policy that you will get no refund, only in-store credit after two weeks of purchase. And this policy is only for some items in the store. I feel the response below this review was just an invite to waste my time, as they provided no solution, and were not even apologetic about it. Tiny purchase, good lesson about Best Buy. Lol.
