We have spent thousands of dollars at the Eau Claire Best Buy. Everytime there is some issue. This time we ordered a refrigerator and we ordered it with no handles. We get it delivered and it has handles. Had them take it back. Recently we had a warranty issue. Turns out they canceled our five year warranty without our knowledge. My husband went to the store. They said they would figure out the problem and call him. Several days later they have not. Tom or Brooke the store mgr was supposed to contact him. The crappy thing is you CANNOT contact the store. It’s an 800 number. So what do we have to do is go to the store again. I’m sooo over this store and their mistakes. Each time it’s a 30 min drive each way. They never make it right. Countless trips to fix issues with multiple products. Why don’t they care a why do they have experienced people? I’m done with them if they do not contact us. It’s not worth my time and gas to keep buying from Best Buy. They stink!

It's a best buy. Staff is friendly when you want them to be but don't pester you. Store is clean.
