I go in looking for a new television. I ask what's the best television for clarity and quality. I was told this is our best television. So I did some research and it was a highly rated brand. I go back set to purchase the recommended TV and another person is there, tells me I should purchase this other brand. Come to find out the sales people are salesmen for specific brands. When I ask what is the best product in a department, I don't need a biased salesman trying to get perks. So don't purchase what they recommended without searching first. You get an LG person that's the tv they are going to say is the best.
