Best Buy Fox Point

I had ordered a laptop from Dell, but for some reason, they canceled my order, so I decided to buy a laptop at Best Buy. I had an amazing experience with Richie and Aiden from geek squad (I believe those were their names). They went out of their way to work with me for over an hour to make sure I had the best laptop possible for school. At first, I was looking at a Lenova which was cheaper online than in store and they offered to price match for me! But then Aiden recommended a much better laptop for a cheaper price. I've also worked with Richie in the past before and can say that he is always super helpful. My dad is looking for a new laptop, and so I told him to go to Best Buy and ask for Richie/Aiden because they were so helpful. I will definitely be back! :)

Checking out was just awful. We had one staff laughing at us when trying to check out. Was told to go to several different registers to finally check out. Also was basically ditched us after telling us where to find the product not helpful at all. If I had an option I would put 0 stars for both experiences and staff helpfulness. We have gone to other Best Buy stores and they are so much better in staff and experience. And we are from out of state. Don’t buy from here

Very disappointing experience with Thomas at this location. I came in knowing exactly which DJI Osmo gimbal I wanted and had already confirmed inventory and that I could use my authorized user status on a Best Buy credit account. Unfortunately, Thomas was not knowledgeable about the product, the account system, or how to troubleshoot the issue. When we ran into a problem locating the account, I felt like I was doing more problem-solving than the employee. I asked if there was someone else I could speak with, but Thomas told me there was no one available to help. This was frustrating because, in front of me, he was actively communicating with someone else for guidance on the situation. It was clear there were additional resources available, but I was not given the option to speak with someone who may have been more familiar with the process. Instead of offering solutions, I repeatedly heard what could not be done. I left feeling unheard and discouraged. I understand not every issue has an immediate answer, but customer service should include effort, communication, and a willingness to find solutions.
