I'm posting this on Google because the Best Buy site does not give me the option anywhere to give them feedback. I had a great in-person experience on March 25th when Marsh helped me get an account name problem resolved. He was amazing and explained what he was doing while he did it. It took him maybe 10 minutes to resolve something I was trying to figure out all morning. I would have left all of this in the Best Buy Survey but I misunderstood and lumped the in-person support with the phone support, and the phone support was not very helpful. Of course, I could not go back and change my original Best Buy survey.

Some Bestbuy are amazing but some are very bad.
The products are the same but the hospitality and the human approach in done stores are amazing .
