I bought a tv off of the Best Buy app to pick up in store. I went to the TV section and wandered around looking for my TV. I passed two employees twice, and they did not offer help. A nice man named Mas, I believe, approached me and offered help. I explained what I was doing, and he helped me find the TV. Even though I had already purchased the TV, he still went through the features with me. He also helped me load it into my car. Thank you!
Clean, well organized, plenty of parking and easy to get to. Plenty of electronics, great name brands. Prices are in line with most retailers. I just love brick-and-mortar experiences..see, touch, and use items before you spend your hard-earned money.
Found exactly what I needed, good price too
After buying an expensive OLED TV, a DVD player, an over the air recorder, and a flat antenna, I continued to have problems getting a signal, or even a clean signal, on my TV and recorder. My old TVs had no problems with this. After the Geek Squad installed the TV, and the sound bar that I got somewhere else, they came twice more, at no charge, to figure out what wasn't working. The experience at the Best Buy store was a very positive one, from the clerk/technicians that served me to the manager who was helpful. My problems with signal/ pixelation was solved and I am one happy customer. My wife and I agree that buying the Geek Squad service contract has come in handy so many times. The only caveat is
that the phone system, and getting through via phone, is near impossible. Overall, the experience was exemplary. Thank you, Best Buy.
