Nobody even helps. Even when you ask. I was ready to drop 2k on a new stereo and 2 times i asked for assistance and no one helped

Brought a laptop to Fox Point, WI Geek Squad 2025 for repair. They deemed it irreparable with blue screen of death, then directed me to Laptop salesman to buy a new HP. We left old and new laptops with Geek Squad so files could be transferred. Picked up old and new laptop two days later. Get home and the old Linovo is now WORKING fine and is still working fine a year later. So, i spent $500 on new HP laptop and DIDNT NEED TO. Geek Squad sucks. TRAIN YOUR PPL BETTER. In meantime, April 2026, I receive emails about an automatic renewal of MS 365 office for $99.99 unless I cancel. I call 4.27.26 to cancel with "Rafficka" and on 5.5.26 with "Ashley". Today, 6.22.26, I see a charge of $105.49 ($99.99 + tax) for MS 365 on my credit card statement. I CALLED & spoke to "Denise" who reversed the charge and "swears it's cancelled". BEST BUY, YOU SUCK and you think it's ok to rip off folks?? Shame on your company and its poor business practices.
