You know how stupid it is for me to order something from there website for store pick up just to get there and for some reason I’m waiting behind people who are checking out with merchandise. I’ve already paid. Now I’m waiting for someone to get a price check. Meanwhile my stuff is ready to go. Absolute joke

Great customer service and quick service for a tv we bought online and had to pick up. Had it at the front door in less than 5 minutes.
They're predatory with their Best Buy card and will trick you into signing up for with the promise of instant savings, but instead it's in-store credit. Their employees lie to get you to sign up.
** EDIT ** Nice response from corporate. I was misled by your sales associates. If it was 10% back in terms of in-store credit, I wouldn't have signed up for your credit card. Oh well. Canceled my BB card today and will never shop at your store again.
