Best Buy has an excellent selection of products and in fact I ended up buying a computer from this location but the service was absolutely horrendous. I had to wander around the store for about 10 minutes looking for somebody that could maybe help get me the computer out of the locked case and once I did that sales associate told me that they would check me out up front but when I went up front there were two employees that were so busy conversing with their friends that I had to wait another 10 minutes for that same employee that had opened the locked case to come to the front to finally check me out. I feel like this whole process could have been expedited if that same employee could have just had me check out back in the computer department where she had originally seen me quite some time before.
The Geek Squad service is outstanding, a goid value with the annual plan. My 11 month 350 day old laptop has the blue death screen they were able to save it.
I went into Best Buy today for help with a software renewal. I was looking for help as the emails were vague about instructions aside from the fact they already charged me the renewal fee. I called Best Buy tech support and the person who answered advised I needed to buy another software program and service agreement after being on the phone for an hour. I walked into Best Buy Green Bay. The male employee at the front of the store asked how to help. When I explained my situation he gave me 800 numbers for Best Buy and Microsoft and advised I needed to call those numbers. After advising my displeasure on how Best Buy was not helping me and all my emails came from Best Buy along with the charges, he had me go to the pick up counter to speak with a manager. I ended up speaking with a young woman by the name of Aiden. After explaining the situation to her, she had me open my computer to look at what I was explaining. She was able to answer all my questions. She was so helpful compared to the male employee who initially greeted me. I am very grateful for the service Aiden gave me. Aiden's service deserves 5 stars. The tech support and male greeter, no so much.
The staff were very helpful and especially Ryan, he helped us to select and save a few bucks on the items we were interested in.
