I had an absolutely terrible experience with Best Buy.
I ordered Ray-Ban Meta glasses with a guaranteed delivery window (January 18, 10 AM–2 PM).
The delivery window was completely missed, and later I received an email saying the package may be delayed.
Customer support was unreachable by phone, and there was no proactive solution offered. Instead of honoring their delivery commitment, Best Buy leaves customers waiting with no clear answers, no accountability, and wasted time.
This was a time-sensitive and expensive order. Missing the delivery window without proper support or compensation is unacceptable for a company of this size.
Very disappointing experience. I will think twice before ordering from Best Buy again and do not recommend relying on them for online deliveries.
Went there to buy our dad a new fire box and got great customer service.
