Don’t buy computers from Best Buy. Bought 3 pre built computer from Best Buy. Specifically this location NEVER has stock always had to go elsewhere but there is ALWAYS a problem that either had to be returned or more money put into it to buy new parts for the ones we already paid for not to work… also geek squad sucks. All the employees want there is for you to sign up for there credit card they won’t shut up about!
Be careful ordering appliances with Best Buy. I have had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Best Buy while purchasing a new refrigerator. In February 2026, I ordered a new refrigerator, on sale and in stock. A month later I was informed that they can no longer deliver the fridge because the manufacturer no loner makes it and they don't have any in stock. I asked what happened to the item I ordered because it was in stock when I made the purchase. They stated they didn't know and there was nothing they could do. They offered to trade out my purchase with a different model they selected that was a "close match" to the fridge I selected. The one they offered was 6 cubic feet smaller than my order and had zero similar features. So I declined and sent them my new fridge selection based on their currently in stock options. The customer service rep I was working with stated that it would be best to wait for my other products (Dishwasher, Oven, microwave) to be delivered and then we could cancel the fridge order and order the new fridge I selected. I naively said ok. Delivery date came a couple weeks later. I went to work though the fridge order change with the rep. No response. I was able to work with a different rep. The new fridge I selected is now $600 more expensive than it was when I was originally trying to make the order switch. They will not honor the original cost. After working with that rep, no response again for about two weeks. I reached out to their online support to finally get the old order canceled and new fridge order processed because the other two reps never actually processed anything. Now my new fridge is unavailable again and they still will not honor the original price. I am extremely frustrated and will no longer be shopping with Best Buy ever again after their inventory issues and order support problems. Customer service reps were Mary Heart and DelMar. Be mindful if you are working with them and don't accept anything other then what they can do immediately in that moment because they will not honor anything else.
