Great experience. I stopped in to purchase multiple televisions at once, they had all of them in stock and a great price on all of them. Guy who checked me out was super friendly and helped a ton! Not your typical “big box” store experience!

I went in to purchase a Sony 65 XR8B. THE TV WAS NOT IN STOCK so the sales rep told me they had replaced with the Sony 65 8. Sold me on the Sony 65 8. Went to check out and at first told delivery and installation would be on the 12th. Then because I added a surge protector the delivery went to the 15th
However when I looked at my slip today, I noticed they changed the TV I bought atnd added the one which was out of stock. Guess that's why the delay to the 12th. How can you lie to people like this. Do you not have a conscience. How can I trust anything you do or tell me. This is unprofessional and unethical. I want the TV I was sold by the rep. They sold me on that and now want to change it. I haven't seen the screen picture and I know it is lighted differently.

Amazon has way better customer support. Much easier return process. Amazon is way cheaper too. Compare your prices people.
Bestbuy wouldn’t even return back my rewards money… sat on phone for over 3 hours to be told my rewards couldn’t be returned, even though the cancelation invoice said they would be……
