If I could give “0” stars I would. Worst costumer service experience. Bought a stove 4 months ago and Best Buy promised to deliver it within a month. Have been in contact with costumer services several times and they haven’t been able to provide a solution. I have been promised and scheduled my delivery many times and that hasn’t happened. They have scheduled my delivery appointment several times and when the of the delivery comes they just don’t show up and they don’t even notify me.

No one really knows what they’re doing here he. A guy helped us in the headphone section and told us he’d meet us up front with the $200 headphones we wanted. We told him the specifically we were looking at “the $200 ones” and asked multiple times if the ones we were looking at reflected the pricing we saw on the tag to which he said “yes”.When we went up front- the ones he had picked out were $450. His response to this was “hehe yeah”. If he wasn’t sure, he should’ve just said so, or went to double check.
The second guy we dealt with didn’t know if he could give us a gift receipt, didn’t know if the receipt would come by email or if he could print it, etc. He seemed more focused on selling us the protection plan and getting us to sign up for the credit card.
That was the dumbest experience I’ve ever had at a Best Buy.
