Went to buy a tv with their tv mount service. They tried to charge me $150 for a tv uninstall service as well. Manager knocked it down to $75. When I got home I realized I could uninstall my old tv myself so I called BB to get the fee and service removed. Then they tried to charge me a $25 delivery fee instead. Had them cancel the whole order and I ordered it online without the ridiculous fees.
Dont get a citibank card with these people. The points are non existant.
An employee misled me about what was in a Pokémon card box. After realizing the problem, I tried to return it that same evening, but I was turned down because of a policy that wasn't known or explained when I bought the item. Overall, a very disappointing visit.

I walked in and someone helped me right away. They took me to the aisle where the item was that I needed and then introduced me to another worker that could help me. I was in and out in under 10 minutes!
