An employee misled me about what was in a Pokémon card box. After realizing the problem, I tried to return it that same evening, but I was turned down because of a policy that wasn't known or explained when I bought the item. Overall, a very disappointing visit.

I walked in and someone helped me right away. They took me to the aisle where the item was that I needed and then introduced me to another worker that could help me. I was in and out in under 10 minutes!
Hateez was a very great and helpful employee he was also friendly and polite. He asked if we needed help and helped us to get a PlayStation vr and helped us locate them. Very helpful, kind, friendly, and polite employee.
Be very aware how you get your rewards. They will split the rewards up in $100 increments. I made a purchase of $99.95 and with tax was just over $105. I was told in order to use my $100 rewards i had to buy a bag of chips or something to get over the $100 before tax. Then on top of that i was unable to use the other rewards I got to make up the difference. Spent over $2700 on a TV (that got me the rewards) and am seriously thinking about bringing it back. I spoke to the manager and he told me that I didn't read the fine print. Never got a contract in the rules of the rewards when I purchased the TV, just a receipt.
