Awful customer service. Purchased a wash machine earlier this year that is currently making noise and wanted to speak to someone in the appliance department. Could not find a soul. Had to go up to the service desk to have them send someone over. The kid who they sent knew nothing about appliances. Sent us over to the Geek Squad area to make an appointment with a tech, and a guy with greasy, filthy hair came out and said he has nothing to do with scheduling and we need to call the phone number on the card he gave us. What is the point of being there if you just tell someone to call a number? Was not a positive experience

If I could give “0” stars I would. Worst costumer service experience. Bought a stove 4 months ago and Best Buy promised to deliver it within a month. Have been in contact with costumer services several times and they haven’t been able to provide a solution. I have been promised and scheduled my delivery many times and that hasn’t happened. They have scheduled my delivery appointment several times and when the of the delivery comes they just don’t show up and they don’t even notify me.
