Every time I come to this Best Buy there’s 30 employees standing around and nobody helps me find what I need. Even when the door person specifically asks staff to meet me and help me find what I’m looking for, they never show up. I’m not shopping at this Best Buy going forward. They need to get their staff on board with the fact that they are at work.
