There is no digital camera to look at, except the ones that are very expensive! Then, to get help, it was a 25-minute wait!!!! Not very many people in the store. I'm not going back!

Very easy to get in and out and it was super simple to pick up the device that I ordered online. There was a nice staff member at the door to direct me where to pick up and the person at the pick up desk took time to answer my last minute questions. Would definitely shop here again.

Shoutout to Josh from Best Buy - Janesville. In the past two months, we had to replace two tv’s, and he was such a great help. He gave us the best deals that he could offer and honored price adjustments as new deals became available. Thank you for the great customer service!
