WHAT A JOKE! I ordered a ps5 online for curbside pick up and got there and I couldn't get the ps5 that I PAID FOR until 24 hours I was told, but yet the site says pick up within a hour. Seems like really bad business and you guys lost a sale! Thanks for ruining my day and wasting my time!

Order on the Samsung app. Had it shipped to Bestbuy. Fast and efficient. If ordering through the Samsung app. Will diffinetly do the same thing. Nice and easy, in and out in 10 minutes.

First time I went, rep asked me to let him know if I wanted help, which I appreciated as I just wanted to browse in peace. When I needed an exchange (was a gift), greeted at the door and rep immediately helped me carry return in as I was also carrying my child. Promptly retrieved the item I was looking for with my lazy description and did an exchange for me. Love the staffing here.
