Was going to Apple Store in Madison, WI so I wouldn't have to renew my contract with Verizon for my broken phone. When I called the Apple Store telephone number to make an appointment, the call was forwarded to Florida. The person there referred me to Best Buy in Janesville, WI for a more convenient appointment. I didn't know until I got to my appointment that Best Buy requires a contract renewal.....wasted trip. They know how it works...tell us customers that before they waste our time.

I made an appointment for my computer to be looked at. They told me they’d keep it overnight to look at it but kept it for a week without communicating that. Then when they finally did look at it they of course couldn’t fix it then proceeded to charge me 40$. I will not be buying anything from a Best Buy or taking anything there for a repair!
