Helpful staff and great selection make this very clean store one of the best for Electronics. I do miss the warmth of the 1980s best buy. B+
It seems as though they have everything!
Went here to spend good money on a laptop. When i got there i looked around but had some questions. So i asked this guy who was helping another customer if he could call another person over and he said no problem. Well there was another best buy worker by them as well he never offered to come help. He just stood there and did nothing. So after waiting for 10 min for help no one came over so i left and spent my money at another place.
I am disappointed with Best Buy's customer service. I bought a gaming computer for my photography work after they assured me it would meet all my needs—but it falls drastically short in the display department. The RGB is nowhere near what I need, and the image quality is poor. Their advice was off, and now I’m left with a computer that can’t keep up with my professional standards.
