There is no longer a way to call and talk to someone at the store. You go through an automated voice service and they won't connect you to the store even if you ask. We buy from Best Buy to have a human experience. If we didn't want that we would just get it cheaper from somewhere else online. Please consider changing your policy.

We. Bought a PS5 slim with Disk as a gift the first disk that was put in got stuck. Took it in Geek squad was able to retrieve the disk but unit was defective that happens. A replacement was ordered to be shipped to our home as they didn't have anything in stock at Madison West. All things things can happen and understand but the new one shows up a few days later at our home with Best buy packing tape slapped all over the box seems and the ps5 you could here rattling around in the box. I told my wife not to open it. Tried to call the store directly and you can no longer call the store directly we were told so my wife drove back into town this is now the 3rd time. They told my wife we can reorder it again but can't guarantee that you wouldn't get a previously open item again. So my wife just said refund me. I was able to find her the same unit at the same price in stock and not a mutilated box. Remember its a gift. Thank you Wal-Mart.
