Shoutout to Josh from Best Buy - Janesville. In the past two months, we had to replace two tv’s, and he was such a great help. He gave us the best deals that he could offer and honored price adjustments as new deals became available. Thank you for the great customer service!

This Best Buy used to be good I don’t know what happened. I went into geek squad today for a storage issue. I had to bring in my entire pc tower just for the geek squad lady to tell me she wasn’t going to look at it. Than proceeded to say I should just buy a whole new pc. Or I could send it in for a diagnostic test for $259 dollars. That’s insane. When I said it was the storage and I just wanted to see if there was something wrong she still refused to actually look at my PC and than said yea I don’t know what’s wrong with it. I ended up figuring it out on my own and turns out it is a $6 fix. Do you guys hire random people now who know nothing about technology? I swear I’ve never had such horrible and incompetent experience in my entire life. This could have all been avoided if she just looked inside my pc for a second like I asked.
